The Scooters in Fond Du Lac WI is the absolute best. I always receive fantastic service, but today they went above and beyond. I ordered my coffee and drove forward to pay. It was then that I realized I left my wallet at home. Ugh! I pulled up to the window and told them I had to cancel my order. The response was ” don’t worry, today your coffee is on the house”. I was completely flabbergasted. This was not necessary. They assured me that it was ok. They handed me my order and said have a great day. WOW!! They are my coffee go to for life. Great job Scooters! Give those ladies a raise!

I absolutely LOVE our scooters here in Fondy. Since I moved to FDL I’ve become a regular over there and every time I go I know I’m leaving with a smile on my face and a good coffee for the road. I barely pull to the speaker box before they know my order and have it ready. Recently I had a hard few days and these girls went above and behind to make me feel better. If any one them see this I hope you know how much i absolutely love you guys .

I have been going to Scooters in North Fond du Lac since they opened. I have seen for over 2 years an amazing management an employee Team. They have created such an amazing atmosphere while maintaing great speed an quality is amazing. Great Job Fondy Scooters!!

Was up there visiting on July 16th. Stopped to grab my sister coffee. Was charged for an extra drink I did not order. Coworker took my info down and said ill recive a refund in about 3 days. I never received anything, so I called. Coworker took my information down and said she’ll have manager call me. Manager called and left message. I texted back and she offered to leave me coupons. I live 2hrs away, im not driving 2hrs to get coffee. Manager said she’d mail them. I waited and waited. I texted her a few weeks later…she forgot to send them and said she will. I waited some more…I texted her a week later, she said she’ll send another envelope. Still haven’t recive anything and now im thinking, usually coupons are only redeemable at the location you recive it from. Im not driving back up there for coffee, I have a location by me. I just want my money back, but Manager seems to be giving me the run around. It’s been over a month and im done being patient.

Came here for a 3 shot espresso, told them to add whole milk to fill the rest of the cup, wanted a size medium. They were so confused. Everything on the menu is nothing but kids sugary drinks. I want a strong coffee that was a size medium. I get to the window and I get a 3 shot espresso drink nearly cold.. in a small container, and the coffee only filled half of a small, and tasted horrific. 4 dollars and 48 cents. How insane. I dumped that drink right down the sink when I got home. I will make my own coffee from now on. This place is way over hyped.

Scooters copy is amazing. I always order a flat white and occasionally in the summer an iced latte. The drive-through is easy and super efficient.
The staff at scooters is very knowledgeable and are willing to substitute or switch it up anyway to make you happy.
The coffee not taste delicious but comes in a variety of options, including my favorite of asking the staff to brew my coffee at 130° so it’s drinkable and I don’t burn my eyebrows off. Lol.
We really enjoy coming here and we always have a great coffee experience. Thanks to the hard-working staff who always takes such good care of us. We appreciate you all.

They opened early for me!! Saw Me pull in the drive through before they were supposed to be even open and were ready and smiling and provided me great service!! Kudos for being ready before required!!!! (Cinnamon roll was exceptional and coffee was PERFECT!!)
