I love coming to this Subway!! The people that are there are so nice and friendly. They are very engaging with you and make sure your sub looks to your liking!!! Anytime my family wants a sub from Subway, we make sure to go to this one! I can’t recall the ladies names (Sorry ladies) but David is great!!!

I ordered on the mobile app but when I got there none of my food was ready at all. The employee said they’d make my food right away but then proceeded to walk into the back and not return for twenty minutes. After all that waiting they came back and finally made my food. I did not receive any compensation for my wait and the employee was rather rude during the whole interaction. When I finally took the food home to my family, to our horror there was an alarming amount of hair in our food. Any response on the situation would be greatly appreciated, we are very disappointed in their performance.

Got food with moldy cheese and ham, ounderstaffed 100% and super rude girls yelling about people they hate. The gas station side had to tell them to stop this was a few months ago. I don’t go in there anymore but everytime I go into the gasstation side its quite depressing seeing a once really great store be in shambles.

I order food using their app. When I first started ordering food here 3 out of 5 times I would have to wait for my food when I arrived to pick it up. They have been doing a lot better lately, it’s been a while since I’ve shown up and had to wait.

Horrible customer service. Both girls were very rude. She didn’t even use a knife to cut open my sandwich. Just used her hands to rip it open. Was being very disrespectful cuz I had a weird order.
