Been eating here for years and haven’t had a bad experience. This Subway is by far the cleanest out of all the fast food locations in Bay Minette. The veggies have always been fresh and sandwich made to perfection! I would give it 10 stars if i could.

The food was very good the only problem I have is that they did not read the ticket. Both of the sandwiches I ordered had the incorrect bread the turkey was supposed to be wheat and got herbs and cheese, it also did not come with cheese and it was supposed to have provolone. The Italian bmt was supposed to get herbs and cheese and was made with wheat it got pepper jack cheese as it was supposed to but there was no extra cheese on it that was supposed to be on it there was a bag on the side that had a ton of provolone cheese in it. I’m not mad because it is not my store but if this were my store I would be livid about my food cost there was enough cheese in that bag to make 4 footlongs that is one of subways high cost items. Thanks for the extra cheese hook up tho. I managed a subway so I know everyone makes mistakes especially when they are busy. You just have to be careful and read your tickets better and for your gm’s sake take it easy on the food cost there so your store can get their bonuses.

Very Skimpy on everything. I ordered a 6 inch and they barely put any cheese so I had to pay for extra. Barely any meat. I can’t even taste the meat on my sandwich. I got tomatoes and they put the 2 smallest slices on my sandwich and it didn’t even cover the whole thing. I had to ask for more. They were reluctant to requests. If I’m paying this much for a sandwich I want it to at least be good. Won’t be returning. I’ve never had this problem at any other location.

I was hesitant with all the reviews of this place, but my daughter was set on Subway. I told her that if the veggies looked bad we weren’t eating there.
Everything looked good and hygienic. The posted food inspection score was a 95. All the tables were clean.
I should’ve taken photos but all 3 sandwiches were exactly like every other subway sandwich we’ve ever had. Nothing like the photos others posted below.
It was obvious that English was not the first language for the 2 people waiting on us. They were very nice and friendly. Maybe there’s new management.

I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I had to on this one. This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to. Today I walked out with 3 sandwiches, 2 drinks & a bag of chips for $41!
My first complaint is the veggies were brown, wilted and just gross looking. Second, they would barely put more than a *tiny* sprinkle of each vegetable…on my VEGGIE sandwich. I had to continuously ask them to put more toppings on…for example, I asked for lots of black olives and she put maybe 5 or 6 on it.. This went on and on. I didn’t realize they charged extra for every single little thing. I paid $1.50 for avocado spread (I knew this would be extra $$) and they squeezed a *tiny* sliver (about the size of a shoestring) across my sandwich from a bag with a hole cut in the corner. At every other Subway I’ve been to, they give you a good size scoop and spread it on. Our sandwiches looked absolutely pathetic by the time all was said and done. The employees were less than friendly but honestly they just seemed beaten down like they were incredibly unhappy to be there. My guess is management probably makes for some unhappy customers, nickle and diming them in every way possible and I bet the employees take the brunt of it.

Person behind the counter could barely understand English, sandwich was dry with almost no meat, one layer of ham that you could have read a newspaper through. I had to ask the man twice to put sauce on, still no sauce. Will never go back.

The people were not very kind! The man that started the order seemed very unhappy and I guess maybe his wife was next to him putting the toppings on the sandwiches when I looked at the spinach I told her oh the spinach looks really bad. She did nothing about it. The lady at the register that was an American told the Indian lady to change the spinach out. The lady grabbed a handful of fresh spinach and put it on top of the spoiled spinach. Watch out other than that it was great

Don’t order a footlong pepperoni sub. They will give you 6 pepperonies and charge you for a footlong turkey which is 9.75 at this location. They did add more once I complained but you shouldn’t have to police how much you get for $10 a footlong. They also are not polite or friendly.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. But this morning my mood when from 0 to 100 , I stopped at this place which used to be my favorite Subway, lady puts both my sandwiches in the same paper bag once I get to my car the bag burst and my sandwiches fell out I was able to catch one, I took it back inside thinking that it shouldn’t be no problem at all getting it replaced but I Was wrong she had the nerve to ask me if I was going to pay for another one, I said why it’s not my fault that the bag broke, she called her so called supervisor who she wouldn’t give me the number to upper management or corporation to call myself talking about she doesn’t have it. She kept trying to justify this ridiculousness. I’m just at a lost never in all my years and I’ve worked at plenty of restaurants and we never treated customers like this! it’s not even about the money, the sandwich it’s the principal behind it. Customer Service at it’s worst!
