What the heck happened to this franchise? I can’t believe I spent $16 for a meal that looks like the cheapest burgers at other locations. These burgers look nothing like the pictures. I will never eat at habit again. The habit was our last burger place We used to like going to but now it seems like you’re just like the rest. I purchased the BBQ char around $9 and the single char about $6, burgers and they look like the this!! Look at this patty! I can’t believe the habit seems just like the rest now. I used to like coming to this franchise but if they are all like this now this is my last time unbelievable. So disappointed.

I paid for 2 char burgers meals and one kids meal. I came home excited to eat my meal and the only gave me the fries and not the burger. What a waste of money and time!!! Of course I call the number and of course it’s disconnected!

My friend gave a great recommendation to come eat here because the food is great so I was excited to come try it out and unfortunately I never got to try my food. I paid for my order and asked for no avocado since I am allergic and after about 15min what do you know I had avocado in my sandwich. This was very disappointing and I kindly told Lorena at the front that my sandwich was made incorrectly and she told me that my sandwich was going to be remade. I so I patiently waited another 15min and I realized that cooks were standing in the kitchen doing nothing so I went to ask if my sandwich was done being made and everyone looked at eachother confused. I was very frustrated and upset and asked for a refund and I spent my entire lunch break waiting for my food instead of eating and now I have to go back to work hungry. Servando the manager was in the kitchen while this happened under his supervision so it was very disappointing that see he let that happen. Very disappointing experience and left me starving

They need a larger staff to handle traffic. I wait in the drive-thru like 15 minutes for a pickup order. They should just do what mcd’s does and send big drive through order to the parking lot.
