First time at this location. The ladies behind the counter were welcoming and patient while my party figured out what we wanted. I asked for a to-go box right away as I knew I would need it. When our food was brought out, she brought a bag to go with it- very nice thinking. Food was HOT and Fresh. The dining area was super clean all around. Food is amazing I love the food but I’ve always had issues with the wait time. Today was the last straw I waited almost 40 minutes for my food and the 6 cars that were before me got there food. And my order was not even a big order it was #1(1/4 chicken with rice and beans) and a #3 . They didn’t even come update me or apologize for the wait. Really need to work on that! And I get it some people order ahead and pickup at the window but as a courtesy they could’ve have been like “we’re still working on ur order, sorry for the wait”or something like that!

I can’t even begin to explain how terrible the service here is. I ordered via Postmates/uber today and I can’t begin to explain how terrible my order was. I ordered 3 different meals which they had buy 2 get 1 free. I received my order with one of the items missing. I called the restaurant to explain to them that 1 of the order was missing the extra meal. I was furious on the phone with them because the worker kept saying she packed everything in 2 bags and I told her no she did not. She took no accountability for not doing so. I had to end up driving to the restaurant to show them pictures and even my ring camera of evidence of not receiving the item. I made it to the restaurant and asked for the manager. Showed the manager pictures and even video evidence and she still didn’t believe myself and my husband. Her excuses were that the driver took the food or she doesn’t trust anyone. I told her to get has never happened to me ever with ordering food on the service. They took no accountability for simply forgetting the order. I will never come back to this restaurant. Those workers were very unprofessional and not helpful at all.
