They just beat Trill burger by a pickle. Word of advice, do not hold the pickles. This truly carries the flavor of the burger. The fries aren’t my favorite but still fine.

Tried the classic burger from the food truck in Katy for the first time on Christmas Day.. they were out of stock from a few things. Took them 50 whole minutes to get my order of a burger and fries…. If I could’ve , I would’ve canceled my order. Seemed like they prioritized big DoorDash orders before the small ones.. the food was great though. Just not worth that wait.

Ive heard good things, and maybe their burgers redeem them, but the onion rings were the worst Ive ever had. They were burnt and so rock hard, I couldn’t even eat them. And the $1 2 ounce side of sauce was less than half full, which was really disappointing. Sorry yall. Maybe next time will be better.

Ordered through uber, 2 burgers and onion rings. Order showed up 10 min early so it was aparently prepped like this, but Burgers were ok, cold and a little soggy, but after heating them up in the microwave, they were ok. The Onion rings, however, I paid $5 plus tax for an order of onion rings, and of course the photo showed the box was completely full. However there were only five small cold rings that barely filled 1/4 of the box. That’s over a dollar per ring and they were small and cold. Not one of them was larger than 2 in. They tasted okay, cold, soggy, but okay….. however the portions were absolutely insanely ridiculously small for the five dollars plus tax. I guess they realize I’m not going to send it back if I’m 4 MI away from them so they short-changed me. Myself and my company will no longer be ordering from them

The lady who delivers orders in the Katy area was not friendly or helpful. I arrived, placed my order, and ordered a hamburger and a shake, which are my favorite items at this place. However, I noticed they prepared the shake before my food. After 16 minutes, they delivered my food along with the shake, and the shake was melted—completely liquid. It was not a shake; it was basically a drink.
I politely asked the lady if she could remake it because it was liquid, and her response was no, saying that the machine was dispensing liquid ice cream. That is not true, because I saw when she made it and left it on the counter while they were preparing the food.
I hope this does not happen again. I really like your food.

I have ordered from this truck for months and always enjoyed their burgers and hot dogs. Today my bf and I decided to try the Smash Melt which is supposed to be similar to a patty melt and I was shocked! The burger contained no caramelized onions (an essential part of a melt) and no pickles (not a big deal). Despite this, we still planned to eat it because we were starving.
The burger was so salty it was inedible. My bf, who is an executive sous chef, told me try it to make sure it wasn’t his taste buds messing with him.
I was also disgusted by the amount salt covered on the bun and burger as if someone has dipped the bread in salt before toasting it. We had no idea what this was about but it’s a shame to see the quality of food deteriorate because the people cooking today lack a level of care.
My bf and I are both business owners who love supporting other small business owners so this was disappointing, to say the least. Probably won’t order here ever again.

Stopped by the food truck in Katy late last night and definitely was not disappointed! Burgers were amazing and fresh same with the fries, it is a little bit in the pricer side but definitely worth it! Shout out to Melissa as well!! She was super helpful and very attentive, even gave me extra sauce and condiments. 10/10 experience

Hankering for a burger. Ended up here and it was a great choice. The juicy joint food truck is fresh and clean. The order takers are prompt and pleasant. I had a juicy joint regular burger. It was prepared very nicely. Double patty fresh bun. Lots of side choices. (Some are extra$$)
They are located in a food truck park. Right by the Main Street. They have some parking and tent seating if it rains. Plenty of menu choices too, but not overbearing. All meals are made to order. The toppings do not include Katsup or mustard, but do include a special sauce.
The owner (I think) was outside greeting customers and watching operations.
Overall I was very pleased.

The first night we went they were newly opened. The lady at the counter (Melissa) was so nice! She took her time explaining the menu and giving us some suggestions. I ordered 2 regular burgers and a hot dog. The burgers were DELICIOUS! The hot dog wasn’t my favorite, but I’m sure that’s just personal taste. Everything was hot, fresh and flavorful! It’s a food truck park, but their truck is SO NICE – they even have a platform to step up on. Since our first visit, we’ve ordered on the kiosk a couple of times and it’s super convenient. Nice staff, great location. There are also other food trucks in the same spot, so there are options for all! Best burger I’ve had in Katy!

However, owners, please increase the portion size for the onion rings. I literally got 6 rings for 5-6 bucks. They were good though!
