Probably the worst Romeo’s around to order from. 90 mins for a delivery of 2 (supposed to be large) pizzas and some jojos. Food was cold. Got 2 mediums instead of the larges ordered and the jojos were either eaten by the delivery guy or they just purposely chose to give such a small portion? And I left a good tip, too.

Autumn, at the register, was VERY helpful on the phone and I appreciated her! They were having a 50% off event, the store was VERY busy yet she patiently took the time to assist me getting my order placed correctly because I found the online process confusing. Pizza is good, but way too thin.

It shouldn’t take two hours and forty five minutes to get a pizza delivered less than four miles away. Twice the manager told us it was out for delivery when we called. It was still an hour and ten minutes until it showed up. Don’t appreciate being lied to . Last time we do business with Romeo’s. Feel bad for the door dash driver who has to put up with business.

We’ve ordered from the Seville location twice now. (BOGO) First order was nearly an hour late and showed up destroyed. Second order, again late, was missing the added toppings we paid for. We’ll pass on the BOGO and order from the Lodi location; where they’re on time, the order arrives intact, and it’s correct.

It is Sunday, I wanted a salad to go with the pizza. For some reason the last two times I wanted to get a salad, they said they did not have the ingredients to make one. I can’t understand why they were not supplied with the ingredients to make one !!!

Do not order here. This place charged me another 10 dollars for a medium 2 topping pizza and bread sticks to have it door dashed to my house for delivery! If I wanted door dashed food I would have just went online to order it that way. Should have communicated that way better. I’d rather have just come picked it up and it would have been 24 bucks. Instead of 34!!! Do better Romeo’s. And I want my money back. I’ve wait over an hour for my pizza. And it was freezing cold when I got it.

Recently moved to the area and Romeos is one of our favorite pizza shops. We’ve order from here several times now and most of those times we were not impressed with the outcome of our plain cheese pizzas. They just weren’t as tasty and done to perfection of the other Romeos pizzas We’ve known and loved before. Most recently, we picked up a cheese pizza and when we got home it was undercooked – raw and doughy. When I called and asked for a remake since the pizza slices were inedible, they did not sound too pleased and gave an excuse as to why the pizza cant be undercooked. I assured them that it was, and they made me a new one. After driving back out to get my remake pizza, we ate the new pizza. It was still not so great, but it was cooked all the way through this time. Moving forward, my wife and I decided we will just drive the extra miles into Medina where we know we can get a solid Romeos pizza each time. We gave this one it’s fair chances..

Ordered Stromboli and Wings; I was told the wait for delivery would be fifty minutes, but it was delivered in thirty. Both the delivery driver and the woman I talked to on the phone were incredibly kind. Food looked and tasted great. Would definitely order fr them again.

The Seville Romeo’s food (pizza and breadsticks) are served hot and the salads are delicious. My order is always ready when expected and the staff is always friendly. I frequently order from this location using the mobile app and I find it easy to use with many options for ordering, making payment, finding deals, and locating rewards earned.
