I usually give wawas high rating . But certain ones just cant make a limited edition sandwich to save there life. And I know people dress and act like they please but god dont look like you left a circus freak show. I usually get the 10 inch sub but the chicken sandwich caught my eye on tv. So I rode my bike up here from the truck stop to pick up amazon which they have a hub location. Pretty excited to try the pickle chicken sandwich. HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT…No enthusiasm nothing but a hot mess I stick to the 10 inch sandwiches. And hey people this isnt your kitchen dont stumble into wawas in your pajamas. Show some class when you wdlk out of your houses…

I began to like this Wawa at the corner of N Washington & England. Not just a typical Wawa in the neighborhood, but I am here often because my hotel is nearby. I was here often to get stuff, especially the hoagies and burgers.
This store got busier with the restaurant in the store. Waiting might be required. I can’t recommend the burger and fries. They tasted stale by the time I got to my hotel room.

I did a mobile order to do curbside pick up at the Wawa in Ashland and when I ordered my food, I got there about five minutes after I ordered my food. I did not end up getting my food until 15 minutes after I arrived I had put in my spot number and still no one had come out to bring any food so I ended up calling and the lady on the phone. I spoke to was not helpful at all, she asked me if I had actually checked in as if I didn’t shortly after she said she would make sure someone came out. This young girl comes out with my drink and my food, but my drink is completely covered in all the mess of what I ordered. I asked her if there were napkins, she told me there were napkins in the bag gives me a straw that’s covered in my drink, and then hand me the food as if I’m going to just take it And doesn’t even try to help me or provide any kind of service you would think if it was your food and drink, you were receiving, you wouldn’t want your drink to be coming off the sides nor would you want the person giving you your drink and food a hard time When I got back to work and opened up my bag I didn’t even have a fork. The customer service was horrible. I even asked if I needed to just walk in and get my food myself. I’m only a lot at 30 minutes for my lunch break and I didn’t even get to eat my food on my lunch break because I was too busy cleaning up all of the crap around my cup And waiting to receive my food. Despicable. Hire people who actually want to be there. Not these young kids who don’t understand treat others the way you want to be treated.

They had no ice, bananas, fresh to go snacks available. We could see these things in the back but just not out to buy. Nicely remodeled store though and staff was friendly. Womens restroom was messy and almost out of TP. Mens restroom looked good. Outside looked nice

Ordered online for a medium mac and cheese and a classic Italian hoagie. Online ordering is very simple and picking up was easy. I also went inside to use the restroom and get a fountain beverage. They have self-checkouts that make it fast to get in and out of the store. The people working were super helpful. I love Wawa so this was a great experience as usual!

The food is ok, better than you’d expect from a gas station. The atmosphere, from the perspective of sitting in a handicap parking space for 10 minutes past my supposed curbside delivery time, is not very good. Getting out and hobbling into the store on my cane to see what was wrong caused me significant pain and did not improve matters. I found my order sitting on the counter at the deli. When I asked why it wasn’t brought out a guy in a red shirt said, “We didn’t understand”.
