Cross roads is one of the best food options for the point based food plan at UMass Lowell. Everything always tastes fresh and is made well. It’s a short walk from north and east campuses so it isn’t too much of a hassle to stop by for lunch. My favorite is the California Turkey Sandwich which has avocado and honey mustard on it. They have amazing hand made chips that are an option with any sandwich. Prices are around what is expected from a lunch place but I’ve really only used my meal points when I’ve gone. They do offer options for meal swipes at certain hours in the evening which allows for students to use one of their unlimited swipes to get a meal from a select menu as well as a fountain drink. This is only offered from 4-8 pm and I believe it’s only on weekdays.

If there was a was to do 0 stars I would. No fountain soda, no portabella mushrooms, no diet bottled soda and it took 20 minutes to make a half a sandwich
