I haven’t been here for a couple years but I came tonight and I couldn’t believe how dirty and nasty the place has become. You just don’t wanna touch anything. Everything feels disgusting The manager or owner I don’t know who he was exactly was coughing all over the place. He’d coughed into his hand and then he’d touch plates and pass them to tables.
He coughed on the whole soda machine. He would cough and not cover his mouth at times.
Then you had the server who took at least 20 minutes before taking our order. Then it took 20 to 30 minutes to get our food. Our server never came back to ask if we needed anything else after he Dropped our food off. I sat for quite some time without water, and that was my only drink.
It was another 20 minutes before I can get his attention to get a box to go and our check. Another 10 minutes to get our card back. Mind you we had a baby with us. So we really we’re not trying to sit around this long.
The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Their sanitation score was a 92. I should’ve known better. I normally don’t eat anywhere if it’s a 95 or less, but I wanted to give them a chance. Boy did I regret it right away. I was actually really disgusted eating the food that I didn’t eat 75% of my food. I will not be back to this place unless they get an overhaul and or new owners.

Ordered sushi from Phoenix and was very confused when I picked it up. You can’t order directly from their website, it redirects to Uber Eats or DoorDash. We used Uber Eats, and the sushi we got was nothing like what we ordered. The orange chicken turned out to be an orange peeled and shaped like a bear! 2 sushi rolls were incorrect as well and the person helping me had me write down what the order was supposed to be and walked away.
The manager said they aren’t responsible for third-party orders, even though the link came from their own menu. He also said they were supposed to fix the error that morning on the web and must not have. Made it sound like this was not normal. The funny thing is, it happened last time we ordered as well about 2 months ago. He was nice enough to remake some rolls, and the food was good. Just make sure to check your order before you leave if you use a third-party app.
Could have rated 5 for food, but it was cold since I had to wait 30 minutes to remake the rolls with only one customer in the restaurant.

I literally have the whole Door Dash app and have proof there is no contact from this restaurant and a screenshot of DD apologizing for the restaurant not contacting me. The blah response won’t change my review. I ordered from Shiki and got a correct order and now have a new go to
I’ve been eating here a long time. Never again! Ordered a Salmon Hibachi Meal, extra Shrimp sauce, and Mango sticky rice because it was listed on Door Dash. Apparently a Japanese restaurant is out of Salmon but did not remove the item. So I was delivered a dessert and a side of shrimp sauce with NO meal to go with it As a business they should have canceled the order completely or found a way to request a substitution. Now I have to order a whole new meal from a whole new place!

Drunken noodles are the best in the US. We get these every Friday and they just get better and better. The place needs to be cleaned though or we would eat there more. Takeout has always been absolutely amazing and IF there is a problem the owner fixes it no problems ask. The sushi is amazing also. Absolutely recommend especially for take out!

It is located in a strip mall with lots of parking. Love the combination of Japanese, sushi and Tempura cooking. Service is always fast and friendly. Menu offers a wide selection, and they are willing to customise to your request. The kitchen is open style, and aromas and oil fragrances abound. There is plenty of room for groups.

Disgusting restaurant! My best friend and i had a terrible experience at Phoenix today. We drove from Statesville and were really looking forward to having lunch here but unfortunately that did not happen. We were sat and then nobody came to take our order. There were only 4 table in the restaurant and we could se the servers basically ignoring and avoiding us so we ended up just leaving. We are honestly glad we did not eat there though because the place was so disgusting and dirty. Terrible experience and will not return!

This is a weekly must for my family and friends. The Thai food is authentic and delicious, and the owner, Khoa, is the best. He’s always there helping where needed and socializing with everyone. Everything is prepped fresh daily, and the menu offers a huge variety; Thai, Habachi, Curry, Stir Fry and 50+ Sushi combinations to choose from. The chef’s provide consistent dishes you can depend on, they will spice it up as much as you like and never disappoint. If there’s a game on, it’ll be playing at the bar. If you like specialty drinks, you have to try the Camp Fire Sling, Spicy Mule, and the Brown Derby. Simply the Best!

First time trying this out. Traffic in the area can be pretty crazy but totally worth it. The thai food was amazing. Delicious and flavor is on point. This is a pretty great hole in the wall location. I definitely recommend this as a hidden gem. Love it and will definitely stop in again if I’m in the area.
There’s a huge menu but I stuck with thai and so I ordered pad see ewe and the pad woon sen. Every bite was savory and flavorful. I did ask for 4/5 spice but as a person who eats very spicy food, this wasn’t that spicy but I still loved it.
Side note- one of my friends ordered the red curry and it was very delicious – very creamy and good flavor. However, my other friend ordered pad thai and it wasn’t the best. It was a bit sour. The noodle texture was good though.

Food is amazing but, the service here is absolutely horrible. You could be the only person in the restaurant and it might take 10 min to be acknowledged. Then could be another 30 minutes before you get your food. But, when it comes, it is good. The restaurant is always sticky, floors, tables, seats, menus, everything. Bathrooms are always trashed. If you try to call in an order they tell you to “hold on a second” then put the phone down and you get to listen to all their conversation for the next 20 minutes before you finally decide that the food isn’t worth it.

This will be our third time ordering from this restaurant. Although the food is good, the service is not that great. And every time we order for pick up we get some random sushi rolls that we never even ordered. This time we decided to check the order at the counter when we went to pick it upand of course the order was all wrong. I’m glad I checked or I would’ve taken home some random items that I did not even order. Had to wait another 35 minutes for them to remake my order. And I ordered over $65 worth. So yes, I want my moneys worth.So please check your order if you order online and have it picked up or delivered. I will not be ordering pick up or delivery from this place again. Maybe I’ll take the time to go sit down and order it, maybe I’ll actually get the right items. I’ll go to Joels sushi like I usually do.
