This was the first time my husband and I ate here. It was amazing! We can’t wait to come back and try something else. My husband had the Walleye. I had the Bacon Jam burger. That was the best burger I’ve ever eaten. The Romano fries were so good. You really need to eat them to appreciate how good they are.

I went here before seeing a show at the Lerner which is a total hack for theatre folk since it’s only 10 minutes away. Anyways, because it’s located in a golf course, we expected to be able to see some beautiful views. Unfortunately, the whole area with windows was being rented out.

There appeared to be maybe only 1-2 servers so service is somewhat slow. We had allotted 2 hours so we were fine but I wouldn’t come here in a rush.

As for the food I ordered the fish and chips as did everyone else at the table, it came with a side salad and is market price which ended up being about $20. It also comes with fries. The fish was super tender and the breading was very good. Fries had a nice garlic salt on them and the salad had homemade croutons. I also heard from other members of my party that the ribs are very good so I’ll be trying those next time I’m back.

Overall, I’ll be coming back. I’ll just make sure not to be in a hurry and can hopefully snag a good view next time!

Cool place! The tables are not crowded together and the view is super nice of the golf course. The service is professional, friendly, and attentive. We have not gone there during very busy times, which is typical for us.
I recommend the Mushroom Soup, Fish & Chips, TN Whiskey & Mushroom Swiss burgers, Crispy Brussels, Calamari, Spicy Cheese Curds and Pub Pretzels. When we eat out, our goal is to get delicious non chain restaurant food that we do not make at home. Since we do not eat out weekly, our expectations are high with regard to the total restaurant experience.
Trust me, check out 523 at Bent Oak. Enjoy!

The food and staff at the new 523 at Bent Oak are absolutely AMAZING!! Went in last night and had the chicken pesto pasta and bacon jam and they were both absolutely delicious. Our server Britny was super knowledgeable about the menu and her suggestions did not disappoint. The manager, Nikki, stopped by the table and we let her know we LOVED everything. Can’t wait to visit again!

Sunday brunch. Waited for our food for about an hour. Coffee is $4 and tasted terrible, way too strong. The Frittata doesn’t come with toast or anything and mine was gooey, as if they used liquid eggs that didn’t get cooked. I had them take it back, to cook it more, but it didn’t help. My husband had the egg burrito and said it was terrible. We brought everything home for our dogs to eat. I normally don’t write reviews and years ago we loved eating dinner at Bent Oaks. It’s not the same.

Very disappointed with the Easter Brunch. Had the option to add prime rib which we did. 5 minutes later it comes to the table not warm. We still had a 15 minute wait in line to get salads and sides to go with it. Needless to say it was very cold after that. The buffet should have been set up so people could go on both sides. It wasn’t injoyable to set out where all the food was with constant flow of traffic going by your table. Food was not real warm. Served mashed potatoes plain no gravy really??? The pasta with Alfredo was so dry you couldn’t eat it. Green beans were hard not done. It was just a very big disappointment for the expense. Soda should have been included. $38.52 plus $8.00 tip was not worth it. Just an opinion, we all have one.

Did the Easter Brunch today. Set up was all wrong. You stood in line 20 minutes to get food. Next time set up so people can go down both sides. Brought the prime rib out too soon. By time got my food prime rib was cold. It did have a good flavor. If you are going to serve cold mashed potatoes at least have some gravy. Need a better chicken Alfredo recipe. that is not so dry. Cook the green beans so they are done.
