Stopped here while driving through Reedsport, had a lovely chat with the mom and daughter running the place, ended up with a tasty tri-tip sammy.
Tried the Carolina sauce and 899 sauce. 899 reminiscent of the sauce on A Tim Hortons Steak and Egg

I was flying out of the Redmond airport and went to the snack bar and saw Ruthie’s cookies on the counter. I grabbed my favorite, snickerdoodle and OMG it is one of the best I’ve ever had. I should have bought more to bring home. Maybe next time.

Your cookies are seriously awesome. I buy them from a smoke shop/convenience store. So moist. So full of flavors. I’m not sure which is my favorite though. I really hope the store keeps receiving your cookies. These are so darn good!

Excellent coffee. The smoked salmon was wonderful, good flavor without being overbearing. Efficiency at the window and very friendly. Very accommodating, I didn’t quite get the drive through window but they let me walk up and order anyway.

Great little coffee shop, Deli.
Stopped here today for a snack. Got a 1/2 pulled pork sandwich. The food was very tasty and very inexpensive. The customer service was speedy, and she was very nice.
Also, I really like the decor inside. Very authentic and homey.
If I return to this area, I will be back.

Best pastrami sandwich I’ve had in 20 years and my husband absolutely loved the clam chowder. We’ll definitely be back next time we travel through town. I love the decor…reminded me of sitting in my grandma’s kitchen.

If I can’t sneak over to the valley for my favorite drink I am not so disappointed anymore. Ruthie’s really represents Back to the Best. I remember when she was delivering her cookies to the coffee stop I worked for over ten years ago! I recently chatted with he, discovering that she was wanting to find someone who was willing Run the place like she does so that she can get back to her cookies more. I adore that she takes these starting places in consideration in consideration but of course she does she has been successful for how many years. You gotta try the Santa Fe it’s awesome.

We pulled up to there drive through window and we sat there for almost 10minutes with a vehicle in front of us . They were just shooting the breeze and not ordering a coffee until they realized someone was behind them.
If a business is so busy with talking gossip about who ever that they cannot serve people they should just close down there drive up (fast service) window. People don’t want to waste their day waiting for you to talk about the whole town behind there backs.
We left an went to there competition down the street and had our order in an coffee in our hand in less then 3 minutes . Now that is customer service!

My family and I live in the United Kingdom and my daughter had some of Ruthie’s Breakfast Cookies sent to her as a Birthday Gift. I really wish that we lived closer, so that we could get them more often, these cookies are great I tried six different flavours and wasn’t disappointed by any of them. I had to control my urges so that I only ate one at a time, they are that good. Would recommend that if you are close enough that you try and find some.
