The sandwiches are absolutely massive, the ingredients are top-notch, and the bread is fantastic. A great find! We were coming back from the airport and I searched for “deli near me”. I saw “Paulie’s” and thought, this is the place to go. We were not disappointed. Fantastic selection of sandwiches, chips, snacks, drinks, etc. We got grilled cheese with chicken and avocado and a HEC breakfast sandwich. Both were amazing! They also have empanadas, salads, pastries…something for everyone. If you’re ever in Katonah, do yourself a favor and stop by!

The sandwiches here are excellent. The sandwiches here are exactly what you think of when you think of a classic north east sandwich shop.
Chicken cutlets were perfect, bread was great and the staff was super friendly. My daughter dropped one of the sandwiches on the floor and they just made us a new one without question or additional charge. I can’t recommend this enough.
