If you’re not a “local” expect to have random women try to attack you on your way to the bathroom, for no reason. &&& expect the staff to not “know what’s going on”. Seriously scary & if no way you’d want to ever take anyone you loved there. Very disconcerting. & scary.

The two women who serve are incompetent. I’ve been going there for years. When advised to not return when I expressed my disappointment from a server who has only been around a year or two is annoying.

My family and I have been coming here (and browns point diner) for many years, 11 to be exact. Over the years we have had many experiences. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jodi, she is professional, great at her job (a fantastic chef) very kind and always remembers us and our kids. That is very important to us, our kids always choose this restaurant because of this reason, also, Darrin has quickly became our favorite server in the entire federal way/Tacoma area. The gal in the dining area, I believe her name is Brit always greets us with a smile, even if they are super busy all 3 just always seem to still say hello even if they don’t have the time. I just wanted to recognize these three for all their hard work and how important they make us feel when we go to our favorite restaurant. Thank you.

I wanted to give it a better review but the prices for beer are ridiculous! I paid $8.45 for a pint of mistress citrus IPA! Really? Two more bucks you can buy a six pack. Maybe that’s why when i asked for a beer list and see the prices. They could not find one for me to browse. It does have good food and is a fun place otherwise.

Nice karaoke bar. On Thursday nights does a feature with a showcase performer. We were thoroughly entertained by Big Dog. Fantastic show while having a good meal. Had the philly cheesesteak. Roll was fresh and moist. Meat and onions and peppers were nicely hot and tender. Lots of melted cheese. Only drawback would have been for the size of the crowd that was there they could have used an additional server but the one that was there was very efficient and did his best to make sure everyone was taken care of.

We were in last Friday and somehow our wings we ordered never made it to our table. Our waitress was very apologetic and went to the manager about comping some of the bill but was denied….we never asked for this but she felt bad for the error and tried to send us home with pie but it wasn’t that big of a deal and she had corrected the bill. Two days ago when we got our credit card statement she had ended up taking her tip off the bill which I commend her for but also feel bad for her. She had provided excellent service and it had been a coworker that had taken the wings to the wrong table…..it’s too bad management didn’t step up and take care of the situation and not cost their employee her tip that she felt she needed to forfeit.
