Absolutely the worst service ever!! Scheduled an order 2 hours in advance and they still delivered it 30 mins late. Spoke to the manager, he could care less. I will take my business elsewhere. Wish I could post zero stars for this place. You don’t treat customer’s like that.

I know most of the time when I come in at night there’s only two or three people but they could at least speak up and greet you while you wait so that at least they acknowledged you. Most of the time I stand at the counter and wait about 5 minutes for them to finish what they’re doing then they walk up to the counter and greet. It’s normally just the inside person that will greet you or help you. Most of the time when I come in the drivers just walk around look at you and don’t even say a word. I have said something numerous times that I try to add sauces or whatever to my order through the app or online and it won’t let me and most of the time probably 8 or 9 out of 10 I don’t even get a chance to get it while I’m here because they just hand me my food and walk away. They could at least let me add it on while I’m here but most of the time they don’t even give me the chance.

Will never stop here again. Will never recommend this location to anyone not even a dog. Pulled in late and called for an order and refused to let me pay while setting in parking lot. Not to mention rude a hell and hung up on me when asking if I can still pay cash. My husband and I just drove across road to domino’s and had wonderful service.

Arrived at 5 minutes after pick up time. Pick up was 11:31-11:41. We arrived 11:46 to one person in the kitchen who told me it wasnt ready and when I asked how long he said he didn’t know.
I insisted considering we drive 30 minutes to get this and he said maybe 20-25 minutes.
Ridiculous.
This is not the first time we’ve arrived to one person in the store, the food is great but service is so terrible its not worth it anymore.
I work in sales myself and the fillipant attitude and no compensation is unacceptable.

Awesome call in service! Fast easy and love the suggestions for new food to try, and absolutely enjoyed the new Epic cheese stuffed crust meat lovers pizza! And my son Mister picky eater, ate half the Pizza!! He has never done that before!!! Will definitely be going again

Went to pick up an order I made and they said im sorry but our delivery guy accidentally took your pizza. So had to make another order and wait for it to be cooked again. Kinda upsetting but they offered me a free 2 litter to make up for it.
