Go somewhere else for dinner!!!
Went in for some wings, have always wanted to try as we pass it daily. Ordered half medium, half mild boneless wings with ranch. Menu says carrots and celery are included on all wing orders. (It’s not.) First of all, it’s $30 for 16 wings so I was expecting greatness. (They weren’t.) I did notice the kitchen was not clean. Waited about 10 minutes and got our wings. I had to ask for sauces we ordered because they forgot. They don’t serve carrots or celery with their wings anymore despite the menu saying other wise. Felt like that should have been brought up when we ordered. Took it home and opened it up and behold the soggiest, cold blobs of chicken and breading I have ever seen. We didn’t even get different flavors like we ordered. One half bite from my husband and I and I knew I had to take it back for a return. Will never come back here.

I love Fatburger! The shakes are amazing, and the shakes are even better. The Cajun Chicken sandwich is the best I’ve had in Washington. My only complaint is that the restaurant could be cleaner.

Fatburger used to be my favorite burger chain before moving to the PNW and discovering Burgermaster. I found out there was a FB in Issaquah while in the area so I decided to revisit it and also try the wings for the first time. The burger was great as always. The wings weren’t good at all. They were so bland I honestly forgot what flavor I ordered while eating them. The fries also tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. I know the potential of a a Fatburger when it’s well run so I won’t write the whole company off but not my favorite experience.

Traveling far from home in the Seattle area and found Fatburger. Can’t go wrong with that name right? The burgers are fantastic. Very, very good and fresh. They messed up some of our orders but not a big deal. It was a little bit dirty inside but the people were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend Fatburger if you are in the area.

Great burger and fantastic onion rings. The burger is well seasoned. Unfortunately i forgot to add cheese but it was still pretty good. The rings are thin sand crispy. I like how when i bite in the onion doesn’t get pulled out. It’s not the best burger I’ve ever eaten but it’s definitely better than most places. The service was pretty fast.

Consistency and quality has dropped dramatically and stayed this way for months. We tried being patient but this is no longer a fluke but a pattern. Not worth the money and it was always pricey anyways.
I think this is a service issue that has made the cost no longer worth it. Fresh, warm fries have gone cold and stale. It looks like they forgot to scrape off all of the toppings I ASKED for.
The photo attached is what the new normal has been for several orders in a row now. They have told me that THIS is worth $17 dollars! No!
Their milkshakes are pretty good still. Pricey but good. Whoever is in charge of that, thank you.

Office lunch: I ordered western burger with bacon, it was okay, little on the dry side. May be more sauce. The sweet potato fries had no flavor. They messed up our orders.

There used to be more Fatburgers around and this seems to be the only one left in Washington. This place is soooo good. I stop in every time I have to head east from Seattle.

Came here at 11am. Server has headphones in and was at grill. Took 3-5 min before he even saw us there.
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with chili fries. The chicken sandwich was extremely thin and didn’t taste good. The fries were luke warm. Would not recommend.
My wife ordered chicken strips and sweet potato fries. Those were terrible too. The chicken tenders seemed undercooked. The sweet potato fries were also undercooked and were nasty.
Just don’t come here.
