Service is great staff super friendly the food always seems cut rate though unfortunately. I’ve eaten here multiple times and the subs are always soggy and overloaded by at least one condiment. Not horrible per se but I’ve had better (at other Firehouses).

KYM is an absolute gem. Met her about a week ago ordering my sub, and I will keep coming back as long as she is up front. Her uplifting attitude is very contagious. I was having a bad day the other day and just seeing how joyful she was, helping people, pulled me out of a depression from my epilepsy.
Sometimes people don’t truly realize how big of an impact they can have on a stranger.
Thank you KYM for being such a great person. You all are so lucky to have her!

Did an online order today for my co workers and I, sent a co worker to pick the food up and they basically told her she was lying when she stated she was there to pick up an online order for over $50 that said would be ready at 1:30 she got there at 1:40, She called and got proof of receipt from me and showed the guy he still said it wasn’t in even though it literally showed the order and said thanks for placing your order, and also had address because he first said we ordered at wrong location. He then got another proof of purchase via my order history still didn’t believe her and made her get a screenshot of my BANK statement to proof the money was charged. Instead of just apologizing and getting the order In he tried to blame us over and over even when it wasn’t a big deal. I will not be back that was a total invasion of privacy and terrible customer skills! The food is amazing and one of my favorites but I was extremely shocked at this behavior. I understand issues happen with technology but that was uncalled for.

Everytime I go to the Firehouse Subs in Franklin I am always greeted with a smile. My sister and I love the people who work there. They are always so nice to us and the food is prepared correctly. I am so happy this business and the people who work there are in Franklin. I go there often and always get great service and great food. 10 stars to this wonderful business.

Our church, Cartoogechaye Church of God ordered alot of subs to feed Franklin High School band members before the game. Kim was our contact, she was great. We ordered them a couple days prior & they had them ready today when we got there. Everyone was great. We appreciate their discount for the order & all the great service.

Online order, reason for 3 star Atmosphere. They have more cheese than just provolone. I got a simple roast beef sandwich and was happily surprised, the meat appeared to be shredded and not just sliced! Best sub I have eaten with a full set of dentures. We will be coming back for more.

My order had a small issue and I decided to reach out to the store to let them know….. I submitted the issue online and a day or so later I got a phone call from the owner Stacy. Stacy went OVER AND ABOVE to make it right for me. She replaced my subs for me and turned them into combo meals at that! I am obsessed with these sandwiches and I’m so happy for them having a great owner who takes pride in the business. Thanks Stacy!

Walked into the restaurant and was greeted by someone who immediately gave attitude. This person was short and had a backwards hat on with glasses. I ordered my sub and it came out incorrect. I then let this person know that they had made a mistake and I would like it remade. They continued to give me attitude and looks of pure misery and disgust. I then asked their name and they refused to provide that to me with the remark of “I don’t have to give you my name” … during the entire experience, this person was talking about me with the other two co-workers. Food is always stellar but I will say that the service was as immature and low tier as it comes.
