Just moved to Maine about a year ago and have tried a lot of places but this place tops all of them. The customer service is amazing for starters. Everyone says hi when you get there and say bye when you leave just like you were family. The food is spectacular as well. Sometimes I have weird requests with my order and they meet every need. I will always come here for food, family, and conversation. The pizza is a little darker because I asked for well done. I like my crust a little crunchy. They did it to perfection.

Waited 30 minutes which is pretty standard (especially since it was a big order) I expected a bit overcooked because only 2 workers being overworked, and overwhelmed but this is quite burned maybe lower the oven temp or put it in for less time?
Other than this the staff was really nice, and the food for being burned was good I always appreciate the food service workers they have a lot to deal with already.
*edit since they have fixed the issues they were having I have decided to edit my review they have done an amazing job since fixing their oven

We ordered two large ham hoagies tonight. We went to pick them up after 20 minutes then were told they were overcooked and to come back they were going to make fresh ones. We should have inspected them in the store. However, we assumed they would be edible and brought them home. Upon closer inspection they are BURNT we will not be back at your establishment. As for your comment below of trying to reach out to me on facebook is a flat out lie.

I had a chance to stop in one morning on my way to visit family. Having moved out of the area years ago I hadn’t been through Hartland in some time. What a gem! Every town needs a place like this. I had an enormous breakfast sandwich… but honestly they might as well call them brunch sandwiches because I didn’t need any lunch after that. And they take Apple Pay!

We go here frequently and have never had any issues. Their fry’s are some of the best around. I’m writing this review because of the extraordinary service we got tonight. We had a little bit of a wait for food but we did come late and we totally understood and didn’t have a problem waiting. Not only did they let us order the food we wanted but they even kept the doors open past closing time so that my husband could come get it. Thank you hometown pizza. We really appreciate you guys.

I’ll start with the Pizza I ordered was good and pricing is by far the cheapest I’ve come across. With that said, the service time is by far out of whack. Called in my 3 topping Pizza before 4 o’clock and was told a half hour. It took an hour. Yes, I understand things happen and sometimes things fall behind. I was NOT the only person that was very upset on wait time. (all 4 of the others that came in had the same or longer wait time. ) Maybe when the person answering the phone can give realistic wait times it will avoid people waiting in the dinning area for a half hour. Time management is important to everyone.

Came last Wednesday for the dine in $.50 wings. After waiting an hour and a half we asked if they were almost done. Staff was extremely rude offered no apologies and simply stated we are busy It will be done soon. Not a lot of People were coming in for takeout orders, and there was only one other table seated who ironically also ended up complaining. After an hour and 45 minutes, we decided to cancel our order and ask for a refund. Again, staff was unapologetic. They also stated they would refund my card at the end of the night as they could not find my order but come to find out they never refunded it, and I had to put in a dispute with the credit card company….. so not only is their service horrible, their employees are rude and they are thieves

Everything was perfect, the Big Mac pizza is my absolute favorite. Also the the ham and pineapple with the hot honey glaze is a awesome too. We have tried just about everything and have no complaints. You get service with a smile, very friendly staff.
