I’ve been a regular here for a long time, but this was my worst experience. The service has definitely gone downhill. I stopped by today because I was already in the area. The cashier, Marissa, was very rude and on her phone the entire time, as if me and the other customers waiting weren’t trying to place or pick up orders. She was sighing and blowing as if we were aggravating her and barely listened while taking my order. When I asked if the owner was there (someone I normally talk with), she looked at me as if I was crazy, made an ugly face, and said she didn’t know who I was talking about. While placing my order, I asked for my sauce to be thicker instead of watery. She told me she would be charging me for it, as if I had asked for an extra side. I explained that I’ve never been charged for that before and then asked her to removed the extra charge, I’ll just take it as is and her response was, “I don’t know what to tell you.” My order was also wrong when I received it as far as what was suppose to had been in my bag, but at that point I was over it so I just took it and left. After today’s experience, it’s not worth my time. I will not be returning.

Food was tasty until I saw a worm or parasite when I was almost done with the food … called and they offered for me to get another one but who would want another one after I just seen what I did. They said I had to bring the food back to get a refund which I felt was a major inconvenience to me as a customer. I offered to send pictures and videos and they didn’t seem to concerned to I am posting them here. Also they did not seem too concerned which makes me think this is a common occurrence. All the more for them to give me my money back.
I will not be back. Also probably won’t eat seafood for awhile.

Excellent food! The cuisine here is just as amazing as those I had in New Orleans! Highly recommend the Seafood Platter! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the customer service is very warm and welcoming. Will definitely come back!

Update 2/11/2022 an early valentine dinner. Order the $34.99 bag added a lobster. 1/2lb of crab and a 1/2lb of shrimp with one lobster. They need to check the scale. We had more juice in our bag than we had food and I have ordered this same style before. I was super disappointed this time. One of the lobster tasted and looked old. Like it’s been sitting in water forever. I tried eating it cause it was an extra $17 filled with shell’s on every bite. Pieces smaller than my middle finger. Couldn’t finish it.
On my first visit 3 months ago it was a reasonable pricing for the size portion at that time. But I rather pay a little more to get a full bag of food and not a full bag of the (((JUICY)))‼️ Get it together. Because there is another seafood restaurant in Rivergate and a third on is in the making to open soon.

We got delivery and the container was packed. We got the steak/chicken/shrimp mix. It was very good, steak was a little overcooked, but nothing some yum yum sauce couldn’t fix. Will definitely order again.

I usually don’t post reviews, however I feel that it’s Imperative that you NOT get wings from here…. My wife and I went to Juicy Seafood in Smyrna a few weeks ago, and we had wings as appetizers.
I got Buffalo Wings and my wife got Cajun Wings…
The wings in Smyrna were AMAZING…
Tonight we had a taste for wings and my wife suggested that we try the Juicy Seafood in Madison….
The wings here were NOT GOOD…..
Some of my drum wings were missing half the meat….
You can see the bone in the pictures…
ALL of my wife’s Cajun wings had chicken feathers on them …
My wife threw her Cajun wings away and my Buffalo Wings tasted like wings from the Chinese Buffet…
I’m not sure how the Seafood tastes here, but DO NOT GET THE WINGS..
Go next door to Wing Stop instead…

When the insulated delivery bag arrived, the mouthwatering aromas of grilled shrimp, steak and vegetables that wafted out left me eager to dig in. Each bite was more flavorful than the next, as the savory shrimp, tender steak and fresh veggies blended together in perfect harmony. The plump shrimp were cooked to a juicy sweetness, while the steak melted in my mouth. The assorted sautéed vegetables provided crisp texture and brightness of flavor in each tasting. Finishing it off with the included green tea was the ideal compliment. While I didn’t get the entertaining cooking display, the quality and taste came through just as beautifully via DoorDash delivery. This hibachi dinner far exceeded my expectations and will surely not be the last I order for an at-home seafood extravaganza through their service.

I had did a walk in take out and my order came up to $105.27. When I got home I open my bag and try to eat my eggs and I was all gray and molded and i was smell .
