The gelato is very tasty. We are a large family and were regulars at least twice a week until recently when our grown daughter was treated terrible and called a thief by an older man working behind the counter. She is always with whoever goes, or is the driver and they order for everyone and bring it home. Every single visit she has always asked for an extra cup for the car to put one of the servings down in to keep from spilling. At the last visit the employees were busy so she reached to get an extra cup when the older man acted ridiculous, calling her a thief and continued talking about her stealing loudly with the young man who appeared to be in training. She had no problem paying for the cup and said so. Why would she have thought it would have been a problem when this has been going on for months and twice a week? She literally has the sweetest spirit and was mortified. This could have been handled in a much better manner. If it was such a big deal he should have taken the money she offered for the charge that he claimed has always been in place. Sadly our minimum of $50 total twice weekly will go to another local business that appreciates our support.

Visiting Versailles and was hoping for a sweet treat and found this place on Google! Parking is not so great with it being downtown and dealing with one ways but it’s worth the driving around a few times to find a spot. The strawberry sorbet is what’s pictured and it was SO good! Made with real strawberries and perfect for the hot summer heat. My boys loved the root beer float, cookies and cream milkshake and mint chocolate gelato!

I really like this gelato so my rating is purely based on service and not product. This is my 3rd or 4th experience where there’s simply never enough help behind the counter. Poor guy was completely overwhelmed — on a weekend and it was Mother’s Day! The walk up window situation is a mess, too, because we were in line inside before people that walked up but got served AFTER the line at the window. Just super frustrating. So, it’s good gelato but don’t be in a hurry to get it.

Just left the location in Versailles. What a jem to have in walking distance from my job . The young lady working today was super friendly and help be pick out a flavor. I’ll be back for sure. And anybody in the Versailles I reccomend cookies and cream

Super cute atmosphere, young kids behind the counter don’t know what customer service is. Ordered a sundae with a cherry,.. the other young lady started making a shake accidentally so instead of wasting it we just changed our order to the shake, no big deal. When she was done she had gotten a cherry out to put on the top of the shake and the other girl told us we would have to pay an additional .75cents for it which we did not agree with since we had changed our order to help them not waste anything but much to our surprise she took the cherry and dropped it straight into the trash! You talk about a slap in the face,.. I will never return to this place again!

So excited to have this family owned business open their second location in Georgetown. Amazing owners who are very conscious of their role in the local community.
The gelato is fantastic. I am super excited about working my way through all of their flavors – people were raving about the Banana Pudding while I was there. You can mix flavors in the cup or cone.
Prices are reasonable and the portions are large. Super cute shop with a bright pink interior.
