We had a great experience at Chopsticks. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which immediately makes you feel comfortable.
The food was really good we ordered the chicken noodles and the new ramen dish, and both were absolutely amazing. The portions are huge, and the prices are very fair for the amount and quality you get.
The chicken spring rolls were also delicious. They’re a little different from what we’re used to, as they’re coated in panko, making the dough with breadcrumbs thicker than usual, but they were still crispy and very tasty.
Overall, the restaurant is clean, cozy, and comforting. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re in Ramallah and craving Asian flavors.

The location is lovely, it offers free parking and the view is lovely, the service is fast and the waiters are nice; however, I didn’t like the food very much. The sushi bites are quite big and the fish and veggies used weren’t super fresh. The noodles are slightly better than the sushi, and the egg rolls and salads are better. Prices are relatively high for the quality of food you get.
