Let me start by saying we haven’t been to a Panara bread in years. Traveling thru Columbus Georgia we felt like soup and a sandwich and what a treat! Our order taker Antonia was polite and patient with us explaining our options. Our order was out quickly. Our sandwiches where excellent, our soups plentiful and savory and a great value for our money. I thanked the manger on our way out, something I rarely do… especially since covid. Thank you for Welcoming us back to Panera!

I typically love coming here. I always get the same thing, the pick two bowl of cheddar broccoli and the half toasted Italiano. The soup was perfect. However, the sandwich is just way too HARD. I understand toasted and the last few times its had been toasted to another level. But this time, it was toasted so much, biting and chewing is impossible. It’s a brick. I threw my sandwich out with the resolve of never getting that meal again.

I did a drive thru order of a bowl of chicken and wild rice with a dipper sandwich my chicken and wild rice looks like oatmeal. I called to speak with an associate and his response was that the soup comes frozen and bagged up so it all depends on how it unthaws its no consistence texture day to day on the soups. I got a baguette to go with it but the soup is tp thick to dip the bread in. His answer was they have no control over the way the soup unthaws and is served!!!

I stop in once a week after the gym and the staff here is the best. Orders are always ready for pick up quickly and rarely an issue. They mixed up my order with another tonight and insisted and fixing it with 10 minutes to closing time. They really did not have to but it shows how great the staff is here. I am going to miss this location when I’m not in the area anymore!

Im convinced they are messing up to-go orders on purpose. I went into the place to pick up since the drive through has a 0% chance of getting the order correct and they still couldnt get it right

Excellent service! Today during lunch I lost my phone and one of the team managers, Christopher, went above and beyond to help me find it! He was very understanding and helpful! I am so pleased with the lunch crew working today.

Service was fast and taste was great! Well, the trade off is fast and a bit sloppy… baguette was well done – someone stated something similar so seems to be a bit more consistent here. When you order family meal, there’s no extra serving cups so you will have to request that. Food for 4 should come with serving cups you would think… but anyways food is great like Panera is known to be. I will be back!

Nice, fresh, and light meal. Panera Bread is an amazing location, and the food is always nice and fresh. I ordered the Bacon Turkey Bravo and it was pretty good. It was nice and fresh and was not a heavy meal. It was nice and light and didn’t weigh me down. The chips that come with it are good kettle chips. The other person in my party got the Bacon Avo Melt. They said it was good and the two flavors balance and complement each other really well. All in all Panera is a good place to get some quality and fresh food.
