The place is definitely a UP bar, looks a little rough, but our food was great. Broasted chicken dinner with choice of potato, plus coleslaw and a biscuit. The bacon cheeseburger was really good and had a fresh bakery bun. I wasn’t expecting much from the look of the place, but was very pleasantly surprised.

We went for the brosted chicken but the brosted was down– they say it’s working now. We were disappointed. Order the Philly cheese steak and it was very good. Waiter was top notch.

Went back and had the brosted chicken was excellent. Everybit as good as the world famous brosted chicken in Frankenmuth. Service was great and personable. Would recommend.

Food was okay, fish needed to be fried a little longer in my opinion. Service was eh, we got our drinks and food and that was pretty much it. It was quite busy, it also wasn’t what I was expecting.

Food was good had broasted chicken and patty melt. Restaurant wasn’t as expected. Menu was very pared down. No philly cheese steak no nachos. Bartender complained to locals about our drink order while we were waiting to pay (had an old fashioned so not a wild order). Our server was decent.

Nice place to stop for dinner. Place got busy after we arrived so traffic does pick up.

Went there twice in two weeks for fish fry. Perch the 1st time haddock the second time and wife had shrimp both times. Fish was good both times, ask…for a second tarter sauce. Wife’s shrimp was under cooked on our second visit, my wife complained and they made her another order no hassle at all. Nice quiet place with all patrons using their inside voices. The fish is decent. Potato fries or potato wedges, coleslaw and small piece of bread come with. I think wedges cost a little more. I haven’t had anything else from their menu at this point. I’d recommend Copper Mine to my friends.

This is easily the BEST porkchop I have ever had. I am a New Yorker. I know food. I am a foodie. I’ve also had their broasted chicken and it’s excellent, too. The broasted porkchop, though? I’m craving it now!
