My issue is the customer service and communication. A few months back, my meals were delivered on a Thursday. Friday has ALWAYS been the day my meals were promised to be delivered. Gym delivery, so it does actually matter, and I cannot pickup on Thursdays. I called and the owner – who is so nice – apologized and noted my account to ONLY deliver Fridays.
The email confirmation dates have always been wrong (says 2022/9/9 and has for over a year now) which wasn’t a problem when delivery was consistent on Fridays. But it is important to notify your customer of the delivery date especially when inconsistent.
A couple weeks ago, I got notification my order was canceled. So I didn’t pick up that week. Come to find out I was still charged and it still delivered with no text or email confirmation. My meals went bad as they were left at the gym. I called several times to get this sorted – it went straight to voicemail (which was in Spanish). I sent an email. No response.
Two weeks ago, they were delivered on a Wednesday. I replied to an email asking to correct this or give me a call.
Today, they were just delivered (Thursday). I left a voicemail last week to ensure the meals would be delivered on Friday or at least to get a heads up if they’d be delivered early so I can plan accordingly. No response.
If the message is that meals are delivered Wednesday thru Friday, and I get a notification for which date it is, that’s one thing. But when my meals are delivered to a gym and I get no notification, and you can’t respond to my voicemail or emails. That’s bad customer service and until or unless that changes, sadly I cannot continue subscribing. No matter how much I love the meals! Please hire someone to manage customer service so your subscribers are taken care of
