This is hands down the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever eaten. It’s like they had a vendetta against me for being a good customer. The pizza was SO greasy and soaking wet that the box was leaking and dripping with grease, I almost threw up. Whoever sliced it was blindfolded because 1 slice was 1/4th of the pizza and the “2x pepperoni” was a joke, half the slices had 15 pieces of pepperoni and the other half had 2-3. When I picked up each slice it was so wet and soggy with grease that everything was falling off. It’s not hard to make a decent pizza when you are a PIZZA SHOP….I won’t be ordering from here again, I didn’t know a pizza could be this disgusting.

I am there person that came in and praised the papa Johns’s worker who made my carry out order today. I have a lot of respect for this store and papa Johns in general. My wife and I love papa Johns and enjoy getting it delivered, in a very reasonable time, and get good service from carry out. The Dominos in the same plaza as them, that we have given plenty of chances from time to time, have given us terrible service, long delivery times, and have messed up the quality of every single order we have gotten.

Ordered two 12″ pizzas. Both were undersized. One of them was just over 10 inches, the other was just over 11 inches. From the picture you can see that it didn’t come close to filling the 12.5” x 12.5″ box.
I Initially talked with the manager and he offered to remake the pizzas, which was nice. I didn’t feel it was necessary to have both remade, so i only asked for one. When i went in to pick it up, i offered to show them the picture of the smaller pizza. One of the workers asked to take a closer look, and i was happy to comply. She then told me “the ruler trick doesn’t always work, but we made it for you this time”, which irritated me. As you can see, the pizza was definitely too small for the box. A medium pizza should almost full it. Terrible way to handle customer service. If you do order from here, check the pizza before you accept it. I’m not a person that generally does reviews, but felt compelled to because i don’t like being accused of lying. I will get my pizzas elsewhere in the future.

The pizza was loaded with cheese to the point where you can’t even eat it… & 1 why is is cut so in even like I’m not trying to get a exact measured out cut but dang we can try a little… 2 I asked for square cuts… I’m not sure why I got such and awful pizza… was tempted to take it back up there and have you try to eat this but don’t feel like wasting my time.

Our kids’ matching band had dinner that evening, and Pape johns was able to help us out. They had the pizza ready when we needed them hot and fresh. The kids appreciated the hotel after a long day.

Ordered a pick up – after I received the completed text I went into the store. 2 guys on the line, 1 made eye contact and walked away. Continued to be ignored – 2 drivers then came in also ignored me lol. Saw my order sitting behind the counter so I walked over and grabbed it, both drivers watched me and didn’t say anything. Very weird experience. Not one person said a word to me.

I have not been very happy with Papa Johns lately. Their pizzas have lost their good flavor. Their crust is flimsy now and doesn’t hold the toppings. Their sausage tastes like it is freezer burned or loaded with preservatives. Just tastes like a cardboard box.

First time we ordered from them and definitely disappointed. The estimated delivery time was 32 to 42 minutes. It was delivered at about 55 minutes from ordering it. The pizza was lukewarm and you could tell by the cheese that it had been sitting around a while waiting to be delivered. It was not a bad tasting pizza but it is hard to say if it is a good tasting pizza since it was not fresh even for a delivered pizza. If the delivery time is running behind then wait to make the pizza so it is at least somewhat fresh. The driver was apologetic for the delivery time. Sorry but I can not recommend.
