Felix at Dunkin’ Donuts was wonderful! He was friendly, professional, and made the experience really pleasant. He greeted customers with a great attitude and made sure everything was done right. The rest of the staff was just as pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going to this location because of the excellent customer service. They truly make a difference!

Although people bash this location its the best one Ive been too. Team is great always smiling and greeting with gratitude and love, especially the manager such a respectful and brilliant young man! They work to accommodate every customer and get treated like crap by impatient and rude people. This is from you’re regular customer 2 large hot 8 cream 8 sugars and vanilla shots. You guys continue to love and care there’s not many people like this anymore ANYWHERE!

I went to dunkin on my 30 minute lunch break. I waited 40 minutes on the drive thru. As I was paying when I got to the front, they asked “what did I order again?” As I told them several times my order 3 times after that. They proceeded to give me the wrong order and I told them right away that it was wrong and told them my order again. After about 10 more minutes they gave me the right order. The latte I did order tasted like straight milk and the sandwich was correct. They didn’t even give me a receipt after all this because I guess they didn’t know my order. This is my first time writing a review on a Dunkin and my first time at this one. There’s better ones nearby, avoid this one at all costs

Apparently the night crew didn’t cleanup or setup properly for morning shift. Manager was openly & clearly mad. Was taking it out, in front of customers, on the one employee working. Completely unprofessional & the employee didn’t deserve the treatment & embarrassment.

This place is legit a JOKE at best!! Watched a guy wait at least 15 minutes for doz doughnuts and a coffee. Then thought he was overreacting when he stormed away, 15 minutes later I was that guy!! 30 mins for 2 drinks 2 sandwiches is unacceptable Hope they lose their franchise cause its a joke

Took 15 minutes to get a bagel and it was rock hard with half a tea spoon of creme cheese. Just go to the big one on the corner of elm Street and save your time and money.

Employees would rather talk than serve customers properly. Asked for a large tropical guava refresher with green tea and i waited forever for something that wasn’t correct. No green tea at all straight up concentrate. Didn’t have 15mins to wait for it to be corrected so I got a refund. Always issues at this location.
