Horrible, flavorless , and overcooked burnt food that was inedible the onion bharjis were totally black! when I phoned and complained, the takeaway offered a replacement on my next order (I will never return). I declined and requested a refund, but was met with rude treatment when I returned the food.
The person at the counter yelled at me to leave, not wanting other customers to see how terrible the food was – a truly unpleasant experience.
This used to be an ok place but not anymore – they really dont deserve customers and much better places to get a decent edible takeaway.

Probably the best Indian takeaway food in Norwich. Chicken Naga is hot but not so hot you can’t taste it. The onion bhajis are not greasy, but very tasty.

I am so disappointed.
Ordered collection , was given chicken instead of a vegetable makoni and I haven’t eaten meat in over 10 years….
Called up and they said they’ll send it soon.. half an hour goes by and I call again. They say give me 20 minutes and that I could have rice with my curry because everything was cold. An hour.. an hour later and I just get my food and guess what NO RICE!
Called and he was unbothered and careless on the phone. £30 down the drain and I tipped! Never ever will I order from there again! Quite literally shaking with anger at how careless they were at giving me meat

Very disappointed with service. Ordered food for delivery online, which stated the business was open. Placed order and was told food would arrive within 1hr. No food delivered, so tried to call them but no answer. Drove over to the take away to find out it was shut. States open on website. No voicemail.

Service is very good with quick delivery for takeaways.. drivers very friendly and polite..
Great tasting food, we have never had a meal yet we could fault..
samosas are small to medium but you get 2 so that’s equal to 1 large!!. So no problem with that as they are delicious..
and the menu is vast .. and reasonably priced for a City Centre food outlet..
so I think they take some beating to be honest..
Infact we will be having another meal from them tomorrow evening..
definitely looking forward to enjoying that..

DO NOT ORDER, I placed an order today (9/05/25) via the good food app, payment made. I then received an email saying my order has been cancelled. I called them to discuss this and they are closed for a refurbishment! Why let customers place the order and pay when they are closed! I now need to wait up to 5 days for the refund!!!!!!! NOT HAPPY!

Used to be our go to most weeks, for a few years now ,always tasty and properly spicy. I have a very restricted diet and can only order one dish (with special requests.); family can eat anything.
Second time tonight in a row very disappointed especially with my chicken tikka main, it had no spice , no char, bland ..I left most of it. Quality of chicken also has declined .Wife’s dishes smelt good but also bland …

It saddens me to write this because normally service is quick and courteous but my home delivery took one and a half hours (I’m a 10 min drive away). I ‘pretipped’ 15% on the basis that service would be good. I called the store after 75 mins – no apology. Driver arrived with stone cold food after 90 minutes- no apology. Black mark for you this time Good Food Halal Will search soul as to whether to risk another order.
