Kim there at the front counter was very rude and very unprofessional went to get A protein packed chicken, avocado, very absurdly and rudely said well we don’t have avocados. I said OK no worries. Look at me road eyes at me and then proceeded to ask me in a very rude manner saying what do I want on my sandwich and then when she went to go check me out, she decided to throw the sandwich in the bag and threw the receipt the receipt at me

I have worst experience everytime I order subway to go. The lady on that counter is very unprofessional and rude. I wish that I can take the pic of the sandwich and post which I picked up today,. It was total mess. She never make and pack properly. I wish that I can talk to someone about her rude behavior and performance. Now I will find another subway location to order and hoping that might be better than this one. This is the worst subway which I ever came across with.

Served by unpleasant lady who didnt acknowledge us at all, made us wait for her to finish a sandwich while we stood there in silence. she didn’t greet us or tell us she would be with us in a moment. she looked at us and just went back to her task. afterwards she asked what we wanted. we ordered two sandwiches and one we wanted olives and no other vegetables. she refused to put more then a small handful on. she wouldnt put more on for extra charge and argue that it was subway policy to not give anymore then a handful. she wasnt wearing any form of name tag or id but on our receipt it says served by 9877 on 7/18/25
im impressed with how bad the service is, as a former subway worker this was impressively poor service.

I now have to come to the subway on Main Street instead of the one on Steffens Court by Festival Foods on the East Side of Green Bay because it went out of business.
I have to say the Subway in the Wal Mart is much better than the one on Steffens Court. The young man promptly made my sub exactly right with nice fresh bread, meat and vegetables. The sub was well made. On Steffens court, the sub had hardly any meat or vegetables on it and was really a chintzy sub for $14.00. The sub at this store was well done with good meat, and vegetables. The young man was polite and professional. I will be back.

Counter worker was rude and didn’t listen to simple directions. Veggies were wilted and not fresh. Tables, chairs were dirty. I’d suggest to eat elsewhere.

I was overcharged. I told the cashier, he denied it. After I did the math out loud for the both of us he admitted it BUT told me there was nothing he could do, they weren’t allowed to do refunds. I said, that isn’t acceptable, you can’t just overcharge me then keep the money. He offered me more food, I said no and I want my money, not a lot of money but on principle. He then gave me money out of his tip jar. I told him he shouldn’t have to do that but I took it and told him I would call the manager and talk to them about it, mistakes happen and they have to have a way to fix it. I called and spoke to the manager, she was rude from the beginning. She told me employees weren’t allowed to do refunds because too many of them were stealing, but they could leave a note and the manager would do a refund. I said if that’s the case why wouldn’t the employee just have done that and if they can’t trust their employees to not steal from them how do I know they won’t steal from me, and how can I trust them to maintain sanitary conditions? She hung up on me. I was at no time nasty, vulgar, or loud. I called back and asked who her supervisor was, she told me she didn’t have one. I said I was pretty sure she wasn’t the highest ranking employee in the whole Subway system. She then gave me the name of the owner and told me if I could figure out how to get a hold of him I could talk to him. I called a different subway who was owned by the same person. They told me they would have him call me. I never heard from him. Again, it was only a couple dollars but that was seriously some of the most ridiculous business I’ve ever seen.

The two men that served me seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Service was very slow. I asked for extra cheese on my pizza. Did not get any. I asked for three sides of ranch, and they barely gave me one. The workers were also not very friendly. And the area seemed unsanitary as I am a subway worker myself. They did not cleaned the knife they closed the sandwiches with. It was covered with gunk

I’m a delivery driver and even the worst dives in this entire city have better hygiene than this store. I literally told the customer to just ask eat street for thier money back. Slimy wet lettuce, the glass was up and flies were just in literally everything the entire time the worker was in the back, there were flies everywhere, nothing was in stock, it took ten minutes to even get someone out to the front to make the order. Dismissive service. Disgusting store.
