The vibes in this store are just different nowadays— 2 crew is always hustling but never rude, they get your order right 99% of the time, and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. It’s the little things: they repeat your order with enthusiasm, throw in a “thank you” that doesn’t sound robotic, and the energy actually wakes you up as much as the caffeine

This dunkin is severely understaffed and the one staff they had on a busy Sunday morning at 10am was not prioritizing orders well at all. I was waiting at the counter for over 10 mins without even being acknowledged and there was a woman waiting for her mobile order for 10 mins when he was making orders for people who hadn’t even arrived yet. Whoever owns this dunkin needs to hire more staff and needs to make sure the staff they do have can do their jobs as efficiently as possible.

The new young blonde girl who is working there is excellent, very friendly. The coffee is definitely super tasty. After approximately a year of poor service there, please do not replace her, as you did with the other good employees who were there. For example, the Filipino man was excellent. We loved him very much. The manager now is not friendly. I do not see a future for the store with her.

Well, Finally some workers who know what/how to make coffee ☕. There’s 2 new employees, one female with blonde hair and another male that know how to make basic coffee. For a few years I was stuck a couple of times going to this Dunkin, and it was awful. But the past few months have been a surprise. They understand what you say and actually stir the cup for you. Keep these employees here and you’ll start getting a better reputation in town.

Almost every day, I order from this location on DoorDash, and they usually get my drink order right. Anytime I order an apple fritter, though, I get something completely different than what I ordered. At least twice, I’ve gotten crullers, rather than fritters, and I got coffee rolls this morning, instead of the ordered fritters. It makes me wonder if the workers know what an apple fritter actually is, since that’s the one that always ends up wrong. If they’re actually out of the things, then make sure they’re removed from the menu!

This DD is definitely a good one!! Small er but cozy clean. Positive low key energetic vibe ( Edward) The breakfast egg/ cheese wraps are always fresh & hot (recomd new GReen Godess sndwch) and the coffee is also reliably fresh & can be customized to your exact preference. Sweetness / milk etc. I’m not there every week but when I go it’s always positive & satisfying no matter who’s working!! Customers are cool too. I wish them continued success & growth as they expand renovate & succeed. Thx again Edward Demarest staff. See u soon.
