Reviews weren’t too great but we thought of giving it a try when we walked past and were starving.
Jumbo Shrimp roll: Something about it seemed raw. Didn’t finish it.
Fried Chicken Dumplings: Had hardly any chicken in it. It was literally all dough.
Tommy’s Lo Mein: The saving grace. The only good thing compared to the rest.
As for the lady at the counter: Terrible customer service.
Also, we felt terrible in a while. Something was definitely off with the food. Will never return.

Good evening! I don’t know where to start . I’m using Tom’s Kitchen 2 for 3 year’s. I ordered my food from them today. I ordered different dishes but I received something else. When, I called to complaint the Boss told me that they give me something free . How can you misunderstand garlic and carry? I told her we have allergies to curry, but her answer was the best! 11/15/25 Horrible. I stopped there and they charged me $30. From the moment I walked in, I stared at the filth. When I got home and opened the box, the food was disgusting. I ordered fried chicken and it looked awful on the plate. It was revolting; it looked like the chicken had been killed on the spot. I would never buy food there again.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had!! I stopped in here because iHop was packed on Halloween + it was a Sunday. I wish I had kept driving.
I ordered the lunch special – shrimp & broccoli. It tasted terrible!! The sauce (if you want to call it that) had the consistency of goo, that stuck to the broccoli and side of the bowl. The shrimp looked like the were barely cooked. The wonton soup was awful as well. It tasted like they dumped a bucket of beef bullion in there, stirred it up and called it a day. Just pitiful.
I will NEVER return! The lady at the counter had a little bit of an attitude as well. There are boxes stacked up all in the front of the store. It looks like a warehouse when you first walk in. The decor, food, employee – all horrid!!!

I love Tommy Kitchen – They have excellent customer service and excellent food – I would have given 5 stars for food but they changed their wonton recipe. I was happier with the wontons before the change. – I love their fried wontons and wontons soup. Their ribs are always perfect – all their food is great. They are so very nice.

I’ve been getting food here a long time and they’re always kind and timely. Prices are better here than some other takeouts too, at least in my experience. It’s not the best takeout I’ve ever had, but it’s the best I’ve found in the area while living here.

The reviews on this spot are pretty bad, but I didn’t know that when I went inside recently when I was in the plaza picking up something from the CVS. Have tried this spot twice now, I tried 2 of the lunch combos, shrimp with cashew and the pepper steak, both with pork fried rice and an egg roll. Both times, they made everything seemingly fresh to order, packaged it nicely, and it was ready fairly quickly.

my dad and i bought lunch here, never again. the place was full of junk and it was very unsanitary the tables were sticky. the food was disgusting the rice smelt discomposed and wasn’t fresh and the chicken wasn’t made properly he added broccoli to mine even though i didn’t ask for it and my dad said he wanted very little broccoli and he did not listen. my dad asked him if the rice was from today he said yes and we told him it was not good and tasted old and he said in order to get fresh rice u have to get a larger amount of food. DO NOT BUY HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT AND ITS DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY.
