Glad this store is closed. Wait a long time for your order. Pieces of chicken are smaller and portions of slaw, potatos or any side item is a “bite or two”. Prices are through the roof. Better off going to Popeyes.

I want to put out there how absolutely wonderful the workers were today!! Sept 15 around noon. They were slammed, inside and out. But they worked quickly, efficiently, with kindness and helpfulness beyond measure!! Not just one employee, but everyone working at that time!!! It was amazing to watch, and it’s wonderful to know that one small piece of the world today was uplifting and kind and just awesome to be a part of!!

Wow stopped in at 11:30 on Saturday. Three people working. One customer in the drive thru and we were the only ones in the lobby. 2 of the employees could see us and one walked past to hand out the one customers order. We waited at least 5 minutes with out being acknowledged or waited on and then left and went to a restaurant across the street

First time I went when it first opened I thought the food and service was good. The wait was a little long but it was brand new so it’s understandable. Went a second time and thought maybe it was just my first bad experience, then I went back a third time today and I’m calling it quits with this location.
It always looks like utter chaos inside at the window, person taking my order barely spoke at the speaker so I wasn’t sure if she could hear me or if she was even getting my order, they were out of Dr Pepper, and my 3pc big box had so much grease left in the bottom it was gross. Chicken was literally soaked on the bottom. In financial times like the world is in now I can’t see spending $20+ for two people with quality and service like this.

Take a look at the piece of “chicken” that came as part of a two piece meal. Seriously, it’s a ball of something, then breaded and fried. The chicken strips were like pieces of rubber. I had one, and threw the rest away. I realize fast food has gone downhill, but this is beyond ridiculous. They say never is a long time, but I can assure you, I will never go back to this KFC.

Found quite a few chicken bones baked into my pot pie of which I almost choked on. I called and asked if that was normal, the woman said no it’s not the workers must have done it. She offered me another pot pie but not a refund….. I work locally and am extremely disappointed in that experience. Pretty gross.

No sauce that was requested on mobile order and then again at drive thru speaker. Biscuit was hard as a rock. This was my 3rd or 4th time trying since it opened. Never again. It’s too expensive for poor quality and horrible service. Sinclair’s chicken tastes better and Medfords always fresh fast and employees there are friendly and competent.

Was not happy at all. Went through the drive through and had to wait 25 minutes for the food. We ordered two three pice meals white meat. After waiting we got our meals my wife received two thighs and a chicken leg with corn there was no mashed potatoes and gravy. I received one chicken breast, one thigh and a leg with no mashed potatoes and gravy the food was cold so we know it was made. Very disappointed for the price I would not recommend this store.

Ordered 2 three piece meals for dine in. I waited almost 45 minutes to get the food. No they were not cooking it. The chicken was soggy. Highly disappointed . This was my third time trying this store in hope that it would get better. The employees seemed to be overwhelmed. They were doing fine in, drive thru and filling orders on line. I could hear them talking and they were so unhappy and dissatisfied with the working conditions and they were working while they were talking. This was my last visit to this restaurant. I doubt that they will be able to stay open.
