What a fantastic little spot! Usually I just walk up to the window outside but it below freezing today so… but step in and BAM you are hit with the smell of fresh bagels and its wonderful! The everything had zero room to show off the crispy crust and inside was warm and fresh. Behind the counter is always a smile THANKS P.U.B.

It was very hot … the bagels of course! 🙂 Bagels were exceptional. By far the best I’ve ever had. Steamy, soft, moist, and oh so delicious.
Amy exceeded all expectations by far. Customer service is top notch.
Definitely planning this as a definitive stop every time that we come through. ABSOLUTE MUST TRY if you’re driving through! You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t believe how underrated this pop up bagels location is!! We came here on a sunday morning and there wasn’t even any line like we were expecting. The workers were so friendly and welcoming and gave us some tips on taking pictures for our socials The bagels are always piping out fresh and they are so fluffy and paired with a cream cheese We tried every bagel flavor, and in my opinion, the salt bagel is the best. Anyway, any bagel flavor you get will be amazing. Love this place so much!!

Just picked up some fresh-out-of-the-oven bagels from Popup in Glenville, CT, my favorite local breakfast spot. The bagels never fail to be perfectly squishy with a solid outer coating. (I would honestly go here every day if they were open 7 days!)
Oscar and the team are truly the best and make the experience even more enjoyable! They are always so friendly.
Today’s specialty cream cheese? Chocolate chip cannoli—obviously I had to try it. I love that Popup always has fun, unique cream cheeses to choose from. I also tried their dirty martini cream cheese a few weeks back, and it was SO delish, a family favorite!! (Great for olive lovers!)

Popup Bagels ranked my favorite #1 bagels since the first time I tried!! The bagels are served 10-15 minutes after you place an order which comes out straight from the oven that’s super hot, crispy outside and fluffy + soft inside. The owners are incredibly generous enough to give out extra spreads all the time which is so sweet of them! I live in NJ but I’m more than willing to cross the bridge to visit the place in NYC or Connecticut to get these bagels!!! Sea-salt bagel is my favorite!! LOVE

The bagels are so fire. Easily the best in a one hour radius, inclusive of New York City. The cream cheese is insane as well. The only reason I give atmosphere a 3 is you are standing in a weird little parking lot exposed to the elements talking to some guy through a fast food window which was weird. Again the bagels are insanely good.

Overpriced and below New York quality, though far better than the typical Fairfield County bagel. $32 for a dozen mini-sized bagels is frankly highway robbery. Sidnt try the shmears. The staff are nice. I picked up my order at the sidewalk takeout window, so I can’t comment on atmosphere. I went very early in the morning, so there was no wait.

The staff is incredibly kind here always. My mom and I came from NY and when we got here everything was sold out for pick up orders. The staff member asked us to wait while they did the math and saw if there was any leftover. He so kindly brought the bagels and spreads to our car and was INCREDIBLY generous. I have never been treated so kindly from a business or employee before. Thank you so much PopUp Greenwich for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity. We will be back for many many many visits. 🙂

Shoutout to Oscar for going above and beyond! Despite some technical difficulties with our order, they made sure we had the best PopUp experience for my coworkers and me. Bagels are always fresh and the cream cheese is out of this world. We’ll definitely be back soon!

WOW! They have a phrase on their bags that says, “not famous, but known” and I see why. Could possibly have been the best bagel I’ve ever had (looking at you NYC).
They come warm and incredibly soft – best enjoyed fresh for sure. The only major irk is their policy of getting a 3 bagel minimum. We chose the everything (best one), sesame, and salt. For schmears, we chose the dill pickle (a specialty) and scallion cream cheese. They also have an assortment of butters as well.
The bagel, when warm, was nice and soft & definitely not as dense as one may expect. Went very well with the schmears which also weren’t dense and had a semi-whipped texture to them. Overall, a big hit and glad it’s so close by here in Greenwich. Will be stopping by more mornings!
