Welcome home! That’s the feeling you get when you’re walking in. It’s s hard to believe it took me this long to find a pizza place that has family built in from the floor boards to the ceiling in South Jersey.
Not only do you feel welcome, but the aesthetics make it a great place to relax when you dine inside our outside! Mouthwatering “Za” always makes for great conversation. Discuss the problems of the day or the wedding you’re attending next week…it all feels like home at Gio Cafe.

Great lunch at Gio’s Cafe! The pizza slices were fresh, flavorful, and generously sized—especially the pesto and tomato one. The atmosphere was relaxed with moderate noise, and the service was quick and friendly. Perfect spot for a tasty, easy meal.

Tonight we dined At Gio’s Cafe and left so full and satisfied! We started with garlic knots (not GF), then had a gluten-free Hawaiian pizza (the garlic-seasoned cauliflower crust was delicious) and a slice of buffalo chicken pizza—both absolutely delicious. I love that you can still order pizza by the slice here! For dessert, my wife had the cheesecake, and we sampled the Oreo balls and baklava—all tasted amazing. I finished with the tres leches cake topped with imported caramel sauce—definitely worth the food coma. The owner and his wife were wonderful hosts, and the environment was clean and modern. Can’t wait to come back!

Just fantastic! The staff is friendly even during a dinner rush, the interior of the resturant is warm welcoming and elegant! Me and my wife ordered the Loca taco pizza and it was delicious, the crust toppings and the amount of beef were perfectly balanced and incredibly tasty. They have an amazing indoor seating area and an expansive outdoor dining area right behind the restaurant that weather permitting would be awesome for party’s and events! Parking is a breeze as well, there is a parking lot right behind the restaurant. This is a true gem to have in our town and I can’t wait to sample more of the menu in the future!

Hands down Gio’s deserves a five out of five stars. It is how a local family owned business should be run. They care about their regular customers, but everyone gets five star service and quality. The first time I ordered from them, I compared all the prices of all local Italian Pizzerias, For my son‘s birthday party (I’m a single mom). Their prices couldn’t be beat. Since I’ve tried their food, The quality and consistency of quality prove to be top-notch. I’ve lived in New Egypt for over 30yrs and seen places Come and go. I hope Gio’s isn’t one of them.

What a great place that opened recently. They have solid pizza. Haven’t had a bad slice yet. Staff is super friendly. Its a family run business. The owner is a super awesome guy. Hope they stay around for quite a while.

I love this place. Never had anything bad from them. Their dough is great. We order lunch or dinner from them a few times a month, it’s always good, and sometimes I just get some dough to make homemade pizzas because their dough is that good. A much needed addition to New Egypt!

My family has been ordering from Gio’s since they came to town, they are the best around. The crust has so much flavor, no flop, and the sauce is five star. If you’re ordering pizza in New Egypt it should definitely be from Gio’s.
