A cozy little restaurant in Girard. Serves delicious breakfast, brunch & lunch. The staff to super pleasant & friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed & inviting. A very affordable menu greets you walk in, it’s money well spent. Plenty of seating options for you or your group. Lots of street parking is available. I’ve never had a bad meal or experience. I promise you will enjoy yourself.

Got the breakfast special and added an extra order of toast à la cart which would’ve been $2.50 more. She charged me $13.50. Two eggs, toast, home fries, and bacon was $10. That’s the special and I have ordered it since my first visit. This first time I received not the best service and I’m there a few times a month. That’s why I gave the one star for service. How to put a receipt together correctly, that’s basically stealing money out of my pocket. So beware. I really didn’t feel like saying anything to her because she didn’t bring me my second order of toast right away. Then when she told the girl in the back cooking about the extra order of toast, the girl in the back was questioning her and she said well I didn’t know. But she wrote it down on my receipt very clearly as she was taking my order. Then I read the receipt upside down in her hand when I ordered my breakfast and it said toast. About the cook, just do what the hell you’re told.
Update: I went back 11 months later to eat again. Dana recognized me immediately as the one who left the review. I expressed that I did NOT accuse her of taking the extra dollar as it was written on receipt. They changed almost all menu prices by $1.00 after the egg pandemic. She did not have time that morning to change the entire menu price tags due to them all being hand written on board on wall. She did not tell me of the extra $1.00 on my special purely by human error. It was that simple. They have since updated all prices and Dana and I got married five weeks after she explained the $1.00 up charge. I apologize to the ignorant ones that would take my original review as a personal affront to Dana and her stealing a dollar. You can clearly see I wrote how the dollar WAS added on the recount not told to me for someone to ‘pocket’.

Today was my first time here. They had a breakfast special with eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes and coffee for 7.75. I thought the price was good, the food was good, and the staff was friendly. I will go back and try the lunch sometime.

Great food! Simple but delicious.
The price is right, too. They had a breakfast special that came with two eggs, toast, potatoes, meat, and coffee for only 10 bucks.
The eggs were cooked just the way I like them, the hash browns were some of the best I’ve tasted, and everything else tasted great, too.
Me and my girlfriend split a French Toast and it was really good, too. So far I’m really satisfied with everything I’ve tasted.
Service was decent. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Only negative I can think of is that it took a bit longer than I expected for our server to come over for our drink orders, but they were also busy at the time so it’s understandable.
The atmosphere was understated but nice. At first glance I felt like it was just a basic diner with booths and tables, but after we were seated, I noticed the interesting art and decor on the ceilings and walls that gave it a bit more of a unique feel. I would call it simultaneously charming yet stylish.
Overall, while it’s not the most impressive restaurant, it’s a great little place to get some breakfast. Stop in if you’re in the area!

Cute decor. Was quiet when we came, but had a few regulars in here while we were here. Food was good for the prices.

We were passing through and chose this over Waffle House based on reviews. We should have gone to Waffle House. The omelet was flat, had minimal fillings, and had little flavor. The biscuits and gravy had an odd sweetness. The French toast was decent, and so were the bacon and sausage. We felt the portions were smaller than average. The service was decent. Overall, we rated the food a 2. Lackluster. If you are stopping through, it’s definitely not worth the trip.

Nice place for breakfast. Portion size a bit small for the price but overall a decent place for breakfast.

Small quaint Place friendly atmosphere. The cook was definitely on point. Not only was it cooked to Perfection, but the plates were clean and the presentation looked good. I would definitely come back here. Prices may seem like a buck more across the board versus other diners, but the quality of the meats, as well as the toast and eggs or worth the small price hike. This place actually has good quality homemade food. I will return when I’m in the area
