I’ve ordered from this location multiple times at this point. Each time the service was terrible. It took over 20 minutes to make our food with only 1 order ahead of us. On my most recent visit it took over 10 minutes to even start my order with again only one order being worked on before mine. Once made the food is perfectly good, love it even but it’s got to be made with more urgency or I’m not going to go anymore. Lastly, a lady in front of me had to ask them not to give her brown lettuce, which they accommodated, but they should have known the lettuce was brown.

I had a terrible experience at the Jersey’s in Creve Coeur, MO with an employee named Roberto. I placed an order online and picked it up about 20 minutes later. When I got home, I realized my chips were missing. When I mentioned it to Roberto at pickup, he just handed me the chips and asked, “Is anything missing?” Then I noticed my sandwich had the banana peppers and pickles on the side instead of on the sandwich. Roberto admitted he forgot to put them on and said, “I can just add them on the sandwich.”
When I called the store to speak with the General Manager, Roberto answered and said he was the manager. I explained the issue, and he again said he could “just add the pickles and banana peppers.” He never apologized or asked how he could fix the problem. Instead, he told me to complain to corporate because he “doesn’t give a damn.”
This is very poor customer service from someone who should be managing the store. I spent over $22 on an order that was messed up, and Roberto showed zero care or professionalism. I don’t recommend this location.

I’m a new convert to Jersey Mike’s from Subway and Jimmy Johns. Been to this location several times for lunch, and the staff is always VERY polite and friendly. The food just seems so fresh and tasty when compared to Sub and JJ. JM’s bread is far superior to the others, and the “Mike’s Way” is sometimes messy to eat, but it makes the sandwich even better. If you haven’t tried the brownies, give them a try. They’re a hidden gem – one of the best brownies I’ve had be it homemade or store bought. Not the most convenient location to get in and out of off of Olive, but it’s fine. I’ve never had to wait long for lunch either which is a plus.

Love J Mikes. Hate this location. Unfortunately it is closest to me. I feel like I am a burden every time I walk in. Old guy tonight won’t speak clearly then talks to me like I’m an idiot when I answer incorrectly since I did not understand his mumbles. Location closest to my old home in KC is a machine and so friendly. Wish I had the balls to not tip but I can only hope it’s pooled for back of house staff. $13 for an ~8 inch sub after tip and my fiancé goes down the street and has a bigger sandwich and chips for $12 from her favorite spot.

Ordered ahead to avoid the known delays at this location. Still waited for 45 min after our quoted arrival time to get the food. Worth it to drive a little further for a different location.

Been here multiple times always good service unfortunately this time got my order wrong which is not a big deal. I ate my sandwich anyway, but then I did make the comment that when you do open the bag of chips not their fault. It’s only half full. what a rip off. I wish Jersey Mike’s would get better chips with full bags.
Otherwise, big fan of the iced tea. Everything else is wonderful. Keep doing what you’re doing.

So I went in there and this employee was unbelievably rude to me (and other customers) the entire time. It was uncomfortable just trying to order a sandwich. Then he made me feel bad for ordering – as if they didn’t want to make the sandwiche. The food is pretty good but this one employee was extremely rude.
