I ordered online. The system doesn’t have you confirm your order before placing it so I accidentally ordered 2 of the same pizzas by mistake. This partially happened because my focus was on why I had an automatic 18% tip for a small pizza that I was picking up. I needed to get it corrected so I called to cancel the first order but the phone number through online order asks for your name and says it will see if someone is available. It was a different number than the website.
I then picked up my pizza and there was as much sauce on the pizza as you can find on the inside of a lid of a pizza sauce can.
I also didn’t get any notifications that my pizza was done. I had the original email for the order and it said 45 minutes til it would be ready. I arrived about 10 minutes early and it was already waiting in the pizza holder yet no notice through email or the provided phone number.

Sadly, the quality just keeps declining. The website never properly functions. Another disappointing order tonight. From the time the order was placed, to delivery across town, it took 40 minute. This probably explains why it was undercooked and improperly made. Website does not allow you to order 1/2 ingredients, but it populates on their end as half the pizza. When you call with the problem, they assured me it wasn’t, their fault and they are not familiar with their own website. Yet seemed very justified in being irritated and rude that I had the audacity to call regarding my incorrect order.

every time i order from charlie fox, i get a deliciously satisfying, cheesey, and most flavorful pie. the cheese pull is ridiculous! you don’t even need to add extra cheese (but you can). i am a convinced repeat customer – i will be back!

Not good pizza or customer service. Pizza delivered was runny. Thought it may have been undercooked, but couldn’t dry it out in the oven. Too liquidy. Called back and they told us it was our fault because we ordered too many toppings and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Lots of better options for quality thin crust pizza. Would not recommend this one.

Good pizza, good crust, good cheese, good sauce but most importantly they cover the pizza with toppings. You pay for it and they put it on and that makes it great pizza. I had more black olives on one piece than some locals put on the entire pizza.

My wife and I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:30 PM tonight
(they closed at 10:00) on 8/15. An hour after our supposed “45-minute” delivery time I called and was told they only had one delivery driver. 1 1/2 hours later I found our “pizza” on the floor of the front porch. There was no call, no knock on the door, just the ruined remains of a pizza in a box, crawling with ants. In the 60 seconds the box was on my kitchen counter, a dozen or more ants had managed to infest my kitchen. I’ve never had any problem with them before, but this was definitely a WORST CASE SCENARIO. It WAS one of my favorite pizza places, but when the delivery driver can’t even CALL to NOTIFY you of your delivery, or even KNOCK on your door, they’re supremely INCOMPETENT, and UNQUALIFIED for such a simple job. EXTREME DISSAPPOINTMENT! I immediately LOST MY APPETITE, & called to have them reimburse the charge, and will think TWICE about ordering from them ever again!

Bat Tavia, you should be happy to know that this small piece area. It’s only dedicated to making pizza. They make the dough in the sauce fresh everyday. That’s what makes it so delicious. And all the ingredients of cut. That’s true, green peppers onion. That’s why it is really good. It’s not the biggest place in. But if you want to enjoy a pizza at your house, this is the place to go.

So I placed an order over the weekend this pizza is usually great. From the start it took forever for them to answer and I’m not sure if it was due to the fact they were closing soon but it still was over 40 min before they close. I go to pick the pizza and the person was not very personable no hi nothing ok so I pay for my pizza I say thank you, nothing then I say have a great night nothing. I get home this pizza is usually amazing here well some of it is under cooked and just not the same quality as it has been in the past now I’m not sure if it was the person that attended me or who made it but it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t order again if it’s within a hr of them closing they might mess the pizza up.
