I made a mobile order for a maple bacon chicken croissant combo with the homestyle potatoes When I arrived, I was greeted & handed my order.. It was hot and fresh and tasted so good!

Had to get refund for no chili, no problem it happens. Get down the road, burger was cold. Then to top it off, I ordered a baked potato and get a cold, russet potato thats not even cooked yet. I’ll be reaching out to corporate for a refund.

Manager seems nice but her front of house is lost in the clouds.

Well you managed to forget 2 of the 4 ingredients on this salad. Impressive incompetence since one of the most expensive ingredients you left off IS IN THE NAME. Pecans! You also had to be reminded to get our drink and frosty and sauce. And still gave the wrong sauce.

Oh and bonus I just saw you also messed up both burgers. Was it a competition to see how wrong you could get the order. 10/9/25 1:40pm
No receipt either so I can’t get my money back.

Just went through a few moments ago. Dined in. The dining room and restrooms were gross. The drinks in the lobby were ALL flat, no carbonation and no ice either. We ordered 3 combos ($40), waited for our food at least 10 minutes. Fries were cold, burgers were all luke-warm with WAY too much ketchup. The worst Wendy’s meals were have ever had. We won’t be back.

I arrived at the location at 6:30 and my order was not taken by the cashier until 6:44. Apparently they have kiosk now that you’re supposed to order on but if you pay cash you have to pay at the register. So while I was waiting at the register three people ordered on the kiosk putting them ahead of me although they had just walked in the door the restaurant is not well cut

I go to Wendy’s before work. Order the EXACT same thing. Double stack biggie bag ONLY MAYO!!!! Sweet chili sauce sprite no ice extra sweet chili sauce. I’ve worked fast food so I run The order down the same every time! This is THE SECOND TIME this week I’ve gotten to work and have a fully dressed burger! The order taker did not ring it up right and so they made what she punched in: please train the people to place the order as the customer states if they’re not going to relay the message of how it’s made! Ion care how much it cost I would Like what I asked For.

Ordered chicken sandwich biggie bag and 4 JR Cheeseburgers. Had to point out I didn’t get my nuggets, just an EMPTY BOX. Got my nuggets but the point is how do you put an empty box in the bag. My 4 cheeseburgers didn’t have any cheese but I had already left and wasn’t going back. Check your orders.

The restaurant has a lot of seating. That’s the best thing I can say about it

The worst is having a craving for something sweet and having to choose something from Wendy’s.

I never cared for the frosty when first exposed to it in about 1977. Now they have frosty swirls and frosty fusions that are worse than the original frosty

I don’t wanna mess y’all’s score up, but this morning, 9/20, I ordered two chicken croissants not only did it take 20 minutes in store but I was charged for the maple chicken croissants so $10, but I left with 2 chicken biscuits. Could not eat, way too dry. It’s Kim i come in a lot. Tried to call yall. No answer. The young man needs further training.

Don’t ever go here. There mobile pick up is a joke. The employees act like you are bothering them when you come in. And they are always out of something. Its the one
In Calhoun next to the pilot. Drive through employees are very rude also. They will not help you just tell you to move on. If they worked for me they would be fired on the spot. They give your restaurant a bad name.
