Grounded is a great place to meet with friends, have a business meeting, do some homework. Free Wi-Fi. We believe all people have value and the ability to work and succeed. Grounded Cafe is located in the ADRC building on Adams and Stuart in downtown Green Bay. It is a full restaurant with a portion dedicated as part of the wheels on meals program where those over sixty can receive a healthy lunch with a recommended donation of five dollars.

The ADRC offers programming such as Tai Chi, harmonica and Ukulele…..all sorts of things to keep individuals active and thriving.
