Went here on Thursday August 28th 2025 with my parents. We were at the Coastal Grand Mall to see a showing of the Jaws 50th anniversary. Got there early to eat something beforehand and check out the mall and the other stores. Sbarro is located in the mall’s food court, next to the Cinemark movie theater. Sbarro is basically an Italian Pizzeria, with other options like pasta and mac and cheese. It is a NY style pizza. Oh, and the first time at this location, but i’ve been to just one other location. Greeted by a smiling face, I decided on a slice of veggie pizza. My dad got a veggie pizza also, and a stromboli plus mac and cheese. My mom shared the stromboli and had white pizza. We paid via credit card, and prices weren’t bad. We ate at one of the tables at the food court. I enjoyed my veggie slice. My dad ate his and enjoyed his, but thought that the pizza and stromboli should be warmer. duly note he likes his food hot. as I said previously, I enjoyed my pizza from Sbarro and would definitely be back if I am in this mall again!

I confirmed having a coupon for $10 off a combo then came back with my grand kids a few hours later, there was only one person working at 7PM, most of the selections were gone. The one staff said he would do a combo of 1 pizza slice, 1 Stromboli, and a drink then I could use the coupon for $10 off. The bill came to over $24. He only took off the price of one Stromboli! I told him I was only going to take 2 pizza slices. I paid, the staff member then turned off all the lights, and was getting ready to throw away the food that was included in my “combos”!!!!!

Pizza was delicious!! The first time we’ve ever ordered a whole pizza from Sbarro. We ordered the everything pizza. It really was the best!! Ashton, at the Coastal Grande Mall, was great! He made the ordering early and pick up later a breeze! I’d definitely recommend this location and staff!! We’ll be back for more!

Beware! If you are ordering online they cannot get it right! My review is on multiple orders , but my first time posting . Ordered a family meal upon arrival (pizza missing) told driver it was wrong and called while driver was still here . Driver said he couldn’t do anything “he got tipped “ I called store they refused to send another driver out with missing pizza . They said I could call back and reorder ! Yeah this will incur more delivery charges and tips ! No Thank You

I pulled up to sbarro and was met by Ashton, he immediately complimented my 40’s and shorties shirt and I knew I was in for a good experience. He then handled my hand made pizza with care and I think even put some extra love and tenderness into my order. After I checked out he then changed and single mothers tire, helped an elderly person across the street, and saved a baby from a burning building. 10 out of 10 service

Showed up tonight at 730pm to picking up a whole Pizza to go and it was closed up tight. Cleaned, lights off and everyone was gone. Very Disappointing!! When I checked their hours on line they were suppose to be open until 8pm.
