Outstanding chain Burger Place. My order was 100% accurate, in the quality of the cook on the food was perfect. This is not a fancy place, just good! When I’m in the mood for a burger, this will be my go-to. I must comment that the staff was friendly there. Honestly unusual for a pseudo fast food place sometimes. There is a local high school right next to it what’s probably keeps them plenty of potential employees. I’m betting this elevates the focus on intensity of the people working there. Great job making a great burger. I also need to mention this place was exceptionally clean! 10/10 fast food.

I ordered a single burger with cheese combo meal and you could hardly see the burger inside the bun with the lettuce and tomato and everything. if I come back for a burger I’ll definitely order a double but then that is a very expensive cheeseburger lunch. Also, the burger was pink on one side, kind of burnt on the other even some grit on it so they need to keep the grill cleaner and cook the food more evenly. Service was good and the place is new and clean which I like. I will give them another try but I think I’ll do a chicken sandwich, salad, or something else.

I Walked in and it was clean and Ori the Manager came to the counter to help me out. Decent size order came out accurate and I waited about 8-12 minutes to get the food and drinks. Will definitely be going back.

The worst habit burger out of all the chains. The one in gardens is so much better. Wellington is also a great one.
The inside of this one is always dirty. The employees treat you like garbage. The food is not seasoned. I don’t know what it is here.
The general manager seems like they don’t care about this location. They can’t even keep their sign working all the time.
I say kick this franchise out and let’s put a real burger spot in its place.

The food was good, but the cashiers attitude was rude. I heard her take the complete order in English from my husband with no problem then when I asked her for plastic silverware twice she pretended she didn’t speak a word of English making faces and sounds like she didn’t know what I was asking for. I don’t mind talking with anyone in my native tongue, but don’t act like you’re being smarter than others!!!

I asked the person if they had gluten free buns .. she nodded her head. When I got my burger it had a wheat bun. The person did not understand the difference,or that they do not offer a gluten free bun. ( I found out later ) .. probably my fault for walking in and assuming that the clerk understood English.

Sat at the drive thru window for 5 mins with no cars in front of me, no one took my order… drive to the window and asked the girl if the speaker was broke, she looked at me funny and said no. I said okay let me order here then, with an attitude she tells me to drive around again to the speaker she didn’t answer for 5 mins because they are so busy and they need over 10 mins to prepare the food, I said why can’t I just order right here, what’s the difference? With an attitude of disgust she finally takes my order…. This girl hates her job and obviously has zero people or customer service skills. Funny thing is I came here a couple months ago and the same girl with the same nasty attitude served me, so I can’t chalk it up to a bad day, it’s clearly a pattern. Needless to say this is the last time I come here, seems like a common thing in all the Westlake fast food chains, god awful service.

First time at this location. My wife and I walked in and stepped up to the register. We were not greeted or acknowledged. We stood at the register for reasonable amount of time, not wanting to use the kiosk due to having a coupon. When no nobody came to assist us after waiting we started on the kiosk. After a couple more minutes another customer walked in and one of the employees ran (actually ran) to the counter to help her. The employee arrived at the counter before the customer was able to walk the 10 ft from the door to the counter. It only took a second to become obvious that they were friends. I brought it to the employees attention and she laughed at me, no offering to correct the disrespectful action. We left w/o ordering.

Good burgers, terrible wait time in the drive-thru. On a Tuesday night a 650pm it took 30 minutes to receive 1 burger with 2 sides and with just 3 cars in front. January 20th @ Westlake. Management should make changes or train better.
