We had such a great experience here! The food was fantastic, full of flavor, fresh, and the portions were generous and super filling. You definitely get your money’s worth. Our server was amazing. The owner even came out to chat with us, which made the visit feel so personal and welcoming.
The atmosphere and décor were one of my favorite parts, it honestly feels like you’re eating at grandma’s house in the best way possible. Cozy, homey, and full of charm.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious BBQ and a warm, inviting experience. We’ll definitely be back! ️

Wonderful award winning bbq in friendly atmosphere. Enter dining room thru front of back door to the house and be seated. We came on a Friday lunch and did not know that had limited BBQ during signature burger time. They were nice enough to put together a plate of ribs and pulled pork. OMG both were heavenly. Their drink offerings are limited to tea, lemonade and combination of the two. They insist you can bring soda, beer or wine with you.

On a family vacation and decided to stop here for dinner one night. We were welcomed almost instantly. Ended up getting the ribs which were beyond tasty and juicy, The Mac n cheese and fried okra was also amazing. The staff in general went above and beyond and made you feel at home. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for good BBQ food.
Also, Highly recommend getting the Banana Pudding. Pairs very well with the meal.

This place is a gem! I got the two meat selection, and went with the brisket and ribs. They were both perfect. The brisket was fork tender and I got two big slabs of it. Ribs were on point as well. They didn’t have (what I believe was called) the sassy apple BBQ sauce but the sweet bbq they did have was delicious! I also got fries and coleslaw as sides and they were both just wonderful. The ranch I asked for on the side was freshly made and had some WEIGHT to it! I also felt like I had to get the fried apple pie too and that was of course, wonderful. The only thing that could have topped it would have been a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
The service was one of a kind. You truly feel like you’re coming to have lunch at Grandma’s or something. The history of the place is pretty cool too. Highly recommend!

What a really great little restaurant. The chef and owners have won numerous contests and awards. This maybe the best smoke house in Central Florida.
You should definitely visit if you have not recently. You will find a small, intimate family style diner. Lunch only, except Fridays when lunch and special Dinners are served.
Menu varies from day to day depending what gets smoked, so be ready for a nice surprise for each visit. Hot dogs and hamburgers are usually available for lighter appetites, but be ready for larger portions if you chose the smoked meat plates.
Family Friendly Prices, varied smoke meats offered daily, large portions and outstanding service.

Absolutely fantastic find. If you didn’t know it you would easily drive past it. Authentic family run restaurant. Aunt May who served our drinks was amazing, engaging with us. Samantha who served our food etc was so helpful, guiding us with our choices and suggesting nice places for a walk etc. just a thoroughly enjoyable experience from arriving to leaving with the bonus of eating the most amazing BBQ meat I’ve eaten in a long long time!

Pretty awesome! They couldn’t be anymore hospitable. The food is amazing, we had pulled pork, pork ribs and my favourite brisket. We couldn’t leave without the fried cherry and apple pie to finish it off. This place is super cool! Easy to drive by but don’t miss out.

We wanted a place off the beaten path and gave Cooter’s a try. We are glad we did. They have many awards for barbecue inside, and I can see why. I ordered the ribs, and my wife ordered the daily special chicken pot pie. The ribs fall off the bone tender and delicious. The service was very friendly, and the ambiance is welcoming.
