Absolutely unacceptable experience.
The manager (or possibly the owner—he refused to identify himself or provide the name of the actual owner) treated me with clear disrespect, and I believe it was racially motivated. As soon as he heard me speaking my native language, his behavior changed completely.

He refused to add vegetables to my sandwich—even though I paid for a regular sub—and insisted I had to purchase a full meal just to place an order. He tried to charge me before I had even made my full selection and then told me to leave, claiming it was “too busy.” There was no one else in line and the store was nearly empty.

I buy Subway almost every day across the East Coast, and I’ve never encountered anything like this. This specific location should not be allowed to operate under the Subway name. I will be filing an official complaint with Subway Corporate.

Common Courtesy
Ask the store worker not to toast the bread with the tuna fish to add it after. He said they can’t do that…. Then the manger steps in after I said I’m alright and don’t want to buy anything and said that it’s a new employee and he doesn’t speak English and in America English isn’t needed because many customers come in and can order without speaking English.

A) I feel the point
B) that was extremely racist to assume that I had a problem with him not speaking English. I have a problem with not wanting to get sick because I know my body.
C) I’m a first generation American and my father barely speaks English 3/4 of my life.

The manger was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Worst review I’ve given all year and I’ve been to over a thousand restaurants this year alone

This store make awful subs. They barely do any food on their subs. We had trouble finding the bacon and lettuce on a BLT sub.
Asked for extra sauce; subs came with NO sauce at all.
Every time is the same problem (pick up orders). NEVER again!!

I ordered the buy one footlong get one free deal for my co work and I, and they literally took the meat size for a 6 inch and spread it on a foot long. Would never go back. I would to talk to corporate and get a refund. Waste of money.

I had called the Needham store because I’ve never ordered a salad. It’s always been a B ultimate BMT on bread I had an order today with a salad. I called and spoke to the guy. He gave me an attitude. Didn’t even give me a chance to say what I was saying, told me to look at my receipt and that’s that I had my receipt in my hand. He was very unprofessional And treated me with no respect I will never order from this one and need them again

I see many reviews is about the same issues we will encounter
They will rip you off!
We ordered 4 sandwiches and we got bread lettuce and mayo, that’s it, no chicken or meat!
Tried asking them to add meat and chicken, but we were told go complain to our corporate!
Asked for a refund and they said no refund!
The staff and the manager are the worst you can encounter, very rude!

Thought I’d grab a quick lunch during my workday Saturday, ordered a half hour ahead on the app and my sandwich (cold cut combo, meat was a funny color) was not ready when I arrived at pickup time. Even better, I became violently ill within a half hour of eating it. Honestly believe food is not handled safely there and customers are being put in danger. Will not go back.

Super fresh bread for my sub, quick app pickup. I hadn’t had subway in over a decade and was in a rush, glad I tried this because it’s nice to now have reliable option! Employees were super friendly, bathroom was clean to wash my hands, and seemed to be very low key local workers enjoying their lunch

The amount of food they put on sandwiches is actually pathetic. Just go to Hungry Coyote that’s located in the same building, and you’ll get something that’s 2 times more filling for the same price.
