This was our first time there. The baked brie appetizer was outrageous!! I wasn’t aware they had live bands so if course we will go back on a night for that. But all our food was very good. No complaints here!!!

I came out for OpenMic on Wed 11.6.19 and had a very nice time.
It was my first time spending an evening in StayGold in Howell and I’m glad I did. Christine took care of my order very quickly and I enjoyed my brownie.
The place is clean and has a friendly atmosphere and the OpenMic was a lot of fun. There were a lot of performers and some didn’t get to play which is too bad. Maybe you’d consider having the place stay open till 9.
All in all…5.5 out of 5 stars!

This restaurant was okay. I ordered from there three times in the past. The first time, the breakfast bowl was a bit oily but good. The second and third times I ordered a sandwich on gluten free bread and it had little fibers on it, like from a towel or something. I brought it back each time and got my money back. The staff was nice about it. The hot beverages were good.
I went to a bridal shower there a few years ago and that was excellent. They had non-meat options for vegans like me. Bathrooms were clean, and staff was friendly. I was very pleased.

Fabulous, fantastic food and very accommodating. I had a private party at this location. Jerry was super accommodating in all the prep and planning stages. The menu was delicious. All our guests enjoyed the food. Everytime I went in to try something from the menu, to decide my party picks; the staff was warm and friendly. At the party during set up Jerry’s staff went above and beyond, in helping unload the stuff from our car, to setting up the additional stuff we decided to bring in. The day of the party everything went fantastically smooth. The menu would have been plenty because we left with Stay Gold food and plenty of the extras.
I loved the ambiance of this cafe. The stage and hooking into the cafe’s pa system was perfect for our party. And the price was very reasonable, with no change to the wonderful quality of what was served. I highly recommend this place to eat at on a daily, or as a venue to have a private affair.

Had a great time at Stay Gold Cafe, Howell. Stopped in to listen to the music, had a great burger, even better Mocha Madness Latte. Our server/barista Christine was awesome! Fast, knowledgeable and polite! The music was great, but unfortunately cut short due to time. It would be a wonderful experience if it went longer so more musicians could play. Good acoustics too!

This place is now called the burrito bowl Mexican grill. I went today for the grand opening and I have to say the food is pretty good, nothing truly outstanding but it’s good. It has a Chipotle vibe to it, but food tastes much fresher. Great ambiance to it, and is in an area where no other competition is so they should do fairly well. If you’re in the area definitely give it a try, I’ll definitely be back. I had a bowl, and for $9.99 you can’t beat the amount of food you get for the price.
