This place is great! The staff was very friendly! The portions are a great size. I definitely will be back to try some more menu items! (And hopefully their breakfast on the weekend). (Photo is of the turkey bacon avocado panini sandwich, definitely recommend!!!)

It’s a cold January day and I’m on the road working as a locksmith. I’m always looking for good food that’s not “chain fast food”. I stopped in as a first time customer and the staff was patient as I looked over the menus board. Got the Pastrami Brisket sandwich and a chicken wild rice soup. It definitely hit the spot and be stopping back in again when I’m in the area.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast bite before the poker run out of the American Legion Hall here in Hartland.
Had a quick everything bagel with sausage, egg and Swiss cheese.
Perfectly cooked egg!!!!! Nice runny yolk, nice and flavorful sausage and bagel was soft, chewy and very good!!!!!

I love ordering lunch from this place on a Friday. Such a nice treat. I get the buffalo chicken but I swapped the buffalo sauce for Caesar dressing. It’s delish!

Had subs here once. They were pretty good.
Had ice cream tonight and it’s really not a good deal. Every other ice cream place gives you an extra scoop, because it’s the base scoop. Weird, but that’s just the norm. Here, 1 scoop is just one. $5 for one actual small scoop. $15 for 3 people to get half of what we expected. You’ll have a lot of disappointed people this summer with the current strategy.

New deli in the area, and I thought I would give it a try. My first experience was not good. Only one other customer in the place and order took almost 10 minutes to receive. Ordered a brisket sandwich on toasted panini bread. Although the sandwich sat on the panini press for what seemed like 5 minutes, still didn’t toast the sandwich properly. The other pictures on here show sandwiches packed with meat, not this one! Very little meat that was very tough and not toasted well, very disappointed. I game them 2 stars instead of 1 because Paige, who was running the cash register, was very nice and friendly. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but seriously, I’m not impressed at all.

I had heard many good things about S3 deli from locals in the area. Thought to myself how different can it be. It is incredible!!! The sandwiches are phenomenal. I’m a big guy and I had enough for lunch the next day!! Made however you want!! Shout out to the staff. The young woman behind the counter listened to me ramble on and showed interest in what I had to say. Bonus… Ice cream in the back. I will never go to Cousins or Subway again. The next time my children are in town I will make sure to take them here to experience a truly incredible sandwich and experience!

My family grabbed lunch quick at S3 and had such a great experience talking to the owner. The salad I had was fresh and the sandwiches were delicious. We look to working with them for a future open house and birthday party coming up soon!

I was really hoping this was going to be good restaurant. Walking in I was surprised at the atmosphere, poor lighting, dark, messy, open doorway to another area with all kinds junk all over. Both of the young ladies at the counters were very nice and worked hard. The ice cream in the counter were almost empty with the remains of old ice cream at the bottom of the containers. There was only one container of ice cream 1/2 full. My wife and I ordered 2 sandwiches, one turkey and one meatball. The meatballs tasted like they had cooked for days tasting like they were almost burnt. My wife was very disappointed with poor turkey on dry bread. The 2 sandwiches came to over $28, I truly wished I could provide a good review but this place won’t last long at this point.
