This is definitely my favorite fast food restaurant in Gillette. The food from Good times and Taco Johns is always hot and fresh. The french fries are always hot and fresh which is great. The price is not too high either. We always eat here in the evening time for dinner. So Elijiah and the evening crew are the ones who always take such good care of us. These guys and girls do a great job and are always very helpful if we have any questions about the menu. They also bring your food to your table when your order is ready, which is a nice touch. The dining area and the restrooms are always very clean. I highly recommend giving this location a chance.

Food is pretty good . Service is usually good and there’s tons of parking and tables to sit. Their burgers are pretty good, but not the best. Their desserts and frozen custard are pretty good, but again not the best. FRIES ARE GREAT! In all, it’s a good fast food restaurant, but if you’re looking for some top notch food then there’s better places in town.

Ordered 2 burgers and green chili fries. I asked for mine to have green chili put on it and NO pickles. What I got was a burger with pickles and no green chili. Took it back, and within a minute, the manager brought out a new burger. Smothered in sauces, no pickles and no green chili. I brought it back up, and the same manager tried telling me it was a gteen chili sauce that was on it. Neither one of the burger patties could melt the cheese on it. It was obvious they were pre-made and put in a warmer or container of water. The patties were small and basic like they are just out of the freezer box. It was our first time here and definitely our last.

I recently dined in here during my first visit to Gillette. This is a duel Taco Johns and Good Times fast food place, but my party and I primarily ordered from the Good Times menu. I’ve been to Good times in other cities, and I absolutely love their food. First things first, what blew me away about this location was the dining area. It was very nice and big. I loved the immaculate floors. Just the layout was really nice. It’s probably one of the best-looking fast food restaurants I’ve been to. As for the service and the food. The service was adequate. And, the food was really good and fresh. I loved their fries, especially. Overall, I’m glad I dined in here. It’s definitely worth going to.

Visiting from out of town while helping my son move to this area. We had never eaten at Good Times. Got our doggoes Paw Benders treats. Loved the good portion size and how frozen they were as it managed to slow their enthusiastic consumption down enough to actually enjoy it instead of it being gone in two bites. I’ve never seen a treat or even a meat last them 5 minutes. I got a human Chocolate Chip Bender myself and I agree with them-very yummy. The cheese curds were good too. I’m sure we’ll be back.

The fries were great, hot and fresh. Dipping sauce is always good. Although .75 for an additional cup is pushing it. Burgers were disappointing. Parts of my burger were very rare. Both mine and my husband’s were room temperature. The bacon was right out of the refrigerator.

We saw the way one staff member dealt with a complaining guest and was very impressed. The complaining guest was rude and treated the staff as subservient, but the staff member handled the customer’s complaints and rude behaviour with grace while they fixed the issue. Please commend the staff working on the evening of July 23rd, they deserve the recognition. Thank you.

The food is good. The service was fast and very friendly. The thing man working the counter from Texas provided the type of service that most v of Gillette’s establishments are lacking. You rarely see an employee who seems truly Haku to be working, but that is the impression this young man gives. Very enthusiastic.
