Spoke with Helen and ordered 16 piece family meal. Placed the order and then get a call back about 5 minutes later and Helen had a better deal that saved me money and got me more chicken. Never in my life have I ever had something like that happen. This is my second time ordering from there and loved the food the first time but now with the amazing service Helen provided my family will definitely be returning customers. Thank you Helen and churches chicken!

Omg we needed up here as a change of plans due to the unexpected snow fall ..HELEN WAS AMAZING AND the food was just as good. clean facility hot fresh food and we didn’t feel out of place with all of our children tagging alone. Helen was patient and even took her time chatting with the kiddos ..we have decided to make this a monthly trip as we live in Bloomington just because the service was that great and Helen was so welcoming!!!

This does not even deserve a one star never had Church’s Chicken in before thought I would get some for the whole family for supper but I go in and I’m told there is no dark meat there is no chicken fingers there is no mashed potatoes and gravy and there is no corn how in the hell does a chicken place not have chicken or sides to go with it I will never go in this place again I wasted my time and gas going there for nothing so if anyone else is going to go there you probably better call and find out if they have anything to eat but my advice would be don’t waste your time

Went when it first opened and went again after it has been opened awhile. Both times took several minutes to order because person taking order was not capable. Both times I was only customer present and it was painful to watch the employee move at such slow speeds and be so confused on what to put on the tray. After handing me my order I needed to point out the forgotten side dish. It’s a brand new building. Sad to know it won’t stay open long. No one is here because the service is so bad . There are no other chicken places near by. When it first opened it was very busy. Everyone by now has had their experience and moved on. Please hire people who can do the job!

Waited a little over 30 minutes for our food to be “dropped” in the only fryer they have at 5pm. Only ordered a 10pc tender meal with large side, 2 smalls. Tenders and fries were cold, what was the point in waiting? Only the large mashed potatoes were hot, I wouldn’t call them a large because they were filled a bit more than half way.

Ordered through the app on 7/26/25. There was a line out the door when I arrived at the estimated pick up time. People in line stating they had been waiting for almost 2 hours for food. All kinds on horror stories. There was one guy up front fulfilling all of the online orders while the other employees stood there. This went on for the entire 60 minutes I stood and waited for a 2 piece and a biscuit. Eventually, the customers had to start helping the guy fulfill orders so we could get our food we already paid for in the app. If our food wasn’t already paid for. Everyone would have walked out. Anyone waiting to order at the counter did walk out. Oh, and the one guy filling orders, (and I’m not making fun of him or downgrading him in any way because he was the person working) was illiterate. Probably not the best spot to put him. So, we all started reading the app orders coming in for him and he started boxing them up. The entire time, I thought we were just waiting on food to cook. No, it was just sitting there on the warmer. He just didn’t know how to read and none of the other employees cared to help. It was a sight I’ve never seen before in my life. Sad. Anyway, after fulfilled my own order. I finally received it 1 hour and 30 minutes after ordering it. Worst fast food experience of my 34 years of life.

This was pretty good food. I had to ask for fresh chicken and wait 17 min for it to be ready but totally worth the wait for fresh Church’s chicken. It did not disappoint, spent a little over $30 for 3 people.
