I dined here for a weekday lunch to celebrate my aunts birthday. It’s a casual place that’s clean and has a bar. We went there around 12:30 and they had lunch specials that ran until 3. The lunch special was $10 and they gave us so much food for that price. It was excellent value for the proce. The servings were so large that we all had leftovers. We also ordered their bengiets and they were absolutely delicious! We had great customer service and will definitely be back!

The food was excellent as always however the service was lacking from the waitress assigned to our table. She checked on us when our food came out and never came back to check on us, to refresh our drink, to ask if we needed to go bags or to check us out. At the end of the meal the manager asked how everything was and I told her that I was not happy with the service we received from our assigned waitress. She gave us a 10% discount that we didn’t ask for. We sat there another 15 minutes waiting for our waitress to cash us out. We listened to her make small talk and refill drinks at the tables across restaurant all night but she never came back to our table so we went to the bar to check out. The bar tender greeted us and said it would be a minute. After a few minutes in line our waitress walks up and asked if we wanted to check out. I put my card on the table and did not say a word or leave her a tip. HOWEVER, there is a star to this show. Miss Lashay a waitress serving the nearby tables around me walked up to my table and said I missed you. She had been our waitress a few times in the past. I asked her name so I could ask for her section on my next visit. I made a comment that our waitress was not checking on us. She refilled my drink with a smile and walked away. I flagged her down once because my drink needed a refill. She made small talk about my hair and to trust the process as it grows out and refilled my drink one more time without me asking. At the end of our meal she asked if we needed to go bags even though we were not in her assigned section. I told her that I appreciated her checking on us and tipped her although she wasn’t working for a tip or expecting it. I should have told the manager that night. I didn’t so I’m telling the world instead.

Visited on our last night in LaPlace and were kicking ourselves for not going sooner. It was about 8pm on a Monday evening, so it was slow and mostly empty. We had the sweetest server who did a great job taking care of us. The charbroiled oysters were amazing. I had the crawfish boil, which came with shrimp and crab legs, plus corn, potatoes, and sausage. It was more than I could eat by myself. Makes me wish we had a Fiery Crab up in our part of the country.

We loved this place! Their menu is so great, and the server we had was a doll! She was so friendly and recommended so much, she really made the whole experience more enjoyable! They have great deals for seafood, and it was so delicious. Absolutely recommend for those who want to try a seafood boil!

I came to this location with my mother and we were greeted and given our booth immediately after arriving from the host. The server was very nice and answered all questions we had about items and recommendations. The food arrived in a timely matter, around 10-15 minutes with gloves and bibs and utensils needed to crack the crab legs. They also give out hand wipes.
We tried the garlic butter flavor and really enjoyed it, it was seasoned just right for us. We will happily try to dine here once again in the near future.

I stay on the Westbank but since the city and metro area was hecked my cousin and I decided to go to this location. The food and drinks were good until after I finished eating and immediately felt sick . I went to the restroom where I threw up everything I ate , I felt so sick to my stomach. I ordered takeout for my boyfriend and took it to him at work he immediately felt sick as well. After this experience I’ll never return to FIERY CRAB again‼️‼️ But each person is different so what happened to us maybe different for the next person.

Great place..nice decor..wasn’t busy at all on a Thursday night…the food was hot and fresh and the servers were extremely nice. There is a bar at this location and the drinks were pretty good. Prices are very reasonable for the amount you get.

Most importantly, the food was good and the restaurant was clean. Staff could be a bit more hospitable. Friendly enough but could use a little work. Pro tip from a managerial stand point: focus on greeting the customer, getting the order in and save the clowning around with coworkers for the back of the house. Other than that, the experience was fine

They’re okay half the time. Quality is inconsistent, my last order was straight up missing 1/2lb of seafood, I called to see how we could reconcile, they said they’d call back but never did (I’m a clown for believing they would ). I went at the wrong time I guess, this happened an hour before closing. Don’t go out of your way to come here if you can go to the one in kenner.
