This is by far and away the best Jersey Mike’s I have been to in my life. I have only been to 9-10 but that’s still saying something!
It all starts with the staff and they are always super friendly and happy. The manager does an exceptional job at keeping the team motivated and in a good mood. The place is also spotless, which is a clear sign of a well-run operation.
As for food, on the money. They get there three hours early to bake the bread so you know you’re getting quality. And the meats are freshly cut as always.
Highly recommend!

Stopped by Jersey Mike’s in Terrell, NC, and had a great experience. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference.
I ordered a regular ham and provolone sub, and it was fresh, delicious, and made just right. Definitely recommend this location if you’re craving a solid sub with good vibes!

We love the staff!
Noah was smiling and so upbeat. And Sonya, also with a smile, made our food like a pro. It’s nice to go places to see such happines and to see folks seemingly enjoy what they do. And make partons feel welcomed.

What a fantastic spot! We always have such a positive experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Sherrills Ford. The staff is consistently friendly and professional, making every visit a pleasure. Plus, the food is always fresh and incredibly tasty. Highly recommend!

Food is very similar to many other Jersey Mike’s- fresh, crispy, crunchy.
Bread has always been good, and this location was no different. And I think the bread makes or breaks a sandwich- and this was pretty good.
The environment is the same as others which is nice because I can expect the same relaxing environment.
Staff was great. Immediately acknowledged me, asked how I was. They even gave me a minute to review the menu before asking if I was ready – but preceded it with ‘just let us know when you’re ready”.
They also acknowledged all the other customers that entered.

Arrived to get my order at the time they said to expect it to be done and still had to wait another 25 minutes for it to be completed. Totally unacceptable!

I ordered a regular 42 and it was very tasty, the flavor and the taste was really nice. I would definitely go back and I had great service. I liked the atmosphere there but it didn’t feel to cozy and I would like to add that the person who made me my sandwich did a very good job, he got the food out at a good fast time and I didn’t have to wait around for to long! Which was really great. The guy that made me the sandwich looked around 16 years old and had brown curly hair he was very sweet and polite I really like how I was treated there! It made me feel welcome and makes me want to go again!
