We really enjoyed our experience here. We are staying at Tower point resort across Main Street from here and saw that this was highly rated and close by. While the plaza this restaurant is in is a little well worn, the restaurant is very cute inside. As compact as it is, it really didn’t feel crowded even though all of the tables were full, and a couple of people were waiting. The food portions are large and both of us very much enjoyed our meals. I love when restaurants don’t over salt things.(You can always add seasoning, but you can’t take it away!)

We decided to step out of our comfort zone and try somewhere new, and with the help of Yelp we found this place. We are so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious. The Caesar salad was incredible—I honestly wanted to lick the plate clean. The steak tips with veggies and mashed potatoes were amazing and tasted like a true home-cooked meal straight from the kitchen. We’re so happy we found this spot and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Saw the reviews and had to try this place. It was fantastic! The owners, Jose and Karen, are wonderful. The food is absolutely amazing. They make their food like you would cook at home. I can’t believe how delicious everything was. Normally, I don’t like cheesecake and would never order it, but Jose described how he made his lemon cheesecake, so I had to try it. Oh boy, absolutely devine. We will be going back because I have to try the meatball sub. It’s wheelchair accessible by the entrance, but if it was crowded, it would be a bit hard to maneuver a wheelchair between the barstools and tables.

Went for hubby’s birthday this evening. Jose knew we were coming and made bread pudding for hubby. Yum! The chicken tenders are the best I’ve ever had anywhere! Hubby loved his salmon.

When here for the first time on date night. Nice cozy spot, we had a great booth. Love a restaurant where the server and the chef actually talk to you and engage with you. They really made our dinner special and treated us like special guests. Everything was great. My wife loved the salmon and I loved the steak tips. Onion rings are fantastic, would recommend. And the cheesecake was wonderful. Jose and Nancy were great.

It was our first time here as we had been driving past it for quite a while. We decided to take the plunge and try it. My husband and I shared some clam chowder then he had the Boston’s famous beef and cheese, and I had the Cape Cod. The fish on the Cape Cod was so lightly breaded, so tender, and it was delicious… They add pickles! Sam Adams is on draft and that’s about as Boston as you can get lol. We will definitely be back.
Definitely quaint, but the owner and the staff are extremely nice.

Public Grill Beer & Wine was excellent. I had the steak tips with veggies and mashed potatoes, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My sister ordered the steak and cheese sandwich, and it was huge and delicious.
The fried zucchini chips were a standout. Crispy, light, and addictive.
Morgan was our waitress and she was fantastic. Attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better.

The roasted chicken was delicious! We’ve been there three times in two weeks. It’s our new favorite place. They offer a great variety of menu options including lunch and dinner menus, Sunday menu and Taco Tuesday menu. Quaint atmosphere, staff is friendly and kind, and we’ve met great people including the owner/chef who grew up in my hometown just outside Boston. We shared many of the same childhood memories. Check this place out.

My husband and I went to The Public Grill last week for the first time. It truly is Mesa’s hidden gem. The menu is not your typical bar food. We shared The Boston’s Steak and Cheese sandwich. Excellent! The portion size was more than ample for two people, the steak was quality meat, and it came out of the kitchen piping hot. The onion rings are to die for. Most of all the service was outstanding! While some may say the interior of the restaurant is small, we thought it was cozy and welcoming. Our experience did not disappoint and we will definitely return.

This is NOT McDonalds! Each order is made for you. Be patient and kind. Just opened 11-25-24. Nice menu. Great staff, owners Karen and José, treated us well and served us a great meal. We had Empanadas and a Salmon special. Food was great! Be a little patient as they are getting the menu adjusted. Atmosphere is quite comfortable and service were very attentive. Truth be told we were the only guests during our visit. Listen to today Nov 7th, 2025 and all is well. I had a fantastic burger for lunch with excellent onion rings. The Onion rings had an awesome batter and the people. Next to me ordered fried zucchini.And chicken strips and they had the same tempera.Looking better than was just beautiful. I recommend and will be back.
