Do not order from this Subway. We went in ordered 3 subs which came to over $50.00. I was not given a receipt. Ordered #17 Philly was given #16 Buffalo Chicken. When asked for a refund when the manager came up he had a attitude asked how we paid I Saud by card. He was there about 20 minutes kept printing receipts. He said he had to go thru all the re it’s before he could refund the money. He started arguing with us so I just told him I didn’t have time to wait and left with no sandwich or my refund. They are rude and very disrespectful. I will be contacting the company. Pat H

I recently bought a Portabella and Swiss sandwich. The cheese was nearly completely on the side of the sandwich, it was overloaded with mushrooms, and the onions were wet. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this place for a while because of how messily they made it.

We stopped going to this location about a year ago after the owner repeatedly failed to address problems with missing Ingredients. It was not uncommon to order a sandwich with 4 ingredients and then get home and find two of them missing. We recently tried again, hoping things have maybe changed, and had the same issue within our first couple of orders. Attempts to contact the owner have so far been unsuccessful. We’ll spend our money somewhere else from now on.

I love the portobello mushroom chicken cheesesteak! It is always delicious. I like to add mayonnaise, lettuce, and raw onions after it’s cooked for a bit of crisp freshness to the sub. The gentleman that made it today made it with obvious care and it was greatly appreciated to see someone take time and effort to make sure your sandwich came out just as you ordered

This store has long had issues with order timeliness and accuracy. Rarely are online orders ready less than 15 minutes late, and this is even during non-rush times when business appears slow and the store is fully staffed. At least half of our orders in recent months have also had missing ingredients, and we don’t do any customization. We’ve contacted the business privately multiple times, but are finally done with them.

Exceptional staff. I ordered online and when I got there they were slammed with online orders and customers almost out the door. Even with the pressure of trying to get to everyone they worked quickly, together and stayed friendly to customers (even the impatient ones). I was so impressed it wanted to write about it. Had the worst food poisoning from this place. The Philly was bland and meat was off. Well turns out it was probably rancid because within 40 minutes after eating it I was violently ill — both ends. Never order from this place — you’ll wish you never heard of “dirty mikes”
